Just finished another successful repair with Nick! I am always impressed as I had worked with him in the past couple of times. We had Nick hang a door and install an AC unit through the wall of our tool shed. The door was an old, previously used door and the hinges, deadbolt, and doorknob didn't line up with the ones already in the door. This was no problem for Nick and his helper. And he treated the shed like it was a room in our house. He went over and above the call of duty on every aspect of the job, and the next time I need a handyman, I'm definitely calling on Nick & Sons again!

I showed him pictures of what I wanted done. Wasted my time. He said his only interested in doing smaller projects after he came by. He said framing a dry wall is extremely hard work. I needed a small wall built for a 45inchx50 inch in a closet that reaches into the floor space. He said that will cost more then I can afford. Refused to give me a number. Said the number he gave me of 650 + over the photos needs at least much much more money and left and said I got better things to do and the project is way too big for him.

If you guys need a nail to be hammered in or a shelf put on, this man can probably do it, but other than that I do not think he is capable of doing a good job.

We asked him to remodel a small room which included drywall work. He worked for half a day with some machinery and ended covering the whole house (including all cupboards, items, expensive paintings) with a fine layer of dust. Our family spent an entire 5 days cleaning the whole house from that. This handyman doesn't understand that the work area should be contained. After all the ""work"" he did, the walls he was supposed to even out were still rough with a lot of very visible extrusions. This is the worst experience we have had with a handyman.

Tried calling a whole lot of people, but Nick came out real quick to fix my kitchen sink leak. Did an awesome job with fixing the water damage underneath as well. Highly recommend, and would call Nick again.
