I give this small company the highest of praise for their swiftness, their professionalism, and their attention to detail! I had an emergency leak coming up from under the floor of my family room with no apparent source of the water. Kevin came out right away and immediately determined the issue being the home's very aged water heater. He made quick arrangements to get a new water heater appropriate for my size house, took care of the city permit process for me, and had everything installed and running in less than 24 hours! He was attentive and thorough in his explanations of every detail. Plumbing can be costly, but Nichols pricing is very fair. These are good, hardworking guys who aren't out to rip you off but want to deliver high-quality service. I am so thrilled I found them for any plumbing need I may have in the future! Will only call on Nichols now!

The clog came back in 3 days. Didn't do a thorough job and when I called back to ask him if he could come unclog and at least give us a discount he was rude and short about it. Wouldn't recommend him. He should guarantee it within a week. 3 days!? That's ridiculous

It is often hard to know whom to trust when it comes to home maintenance and repair. We highly recommend Kevin from Nichol's plumbing. He helped us repair extensive damage in our home fire sprinkler system that had multiple leaks. A previous plumber had done the repair very poorly and cheated us out of several thousand dollars. Kevin also helped us identify a second leak source from our toilet. He is highly knowledgeable, honest and an expert in his field.

I had a great experience with Nichols! am a new homeowner, and I called around for some plumbers to take a look at an issue with the shower around Christmas time. Most said they were booked until after the new year, but Kevin at Nichols was able to come within a couple days. When he arrived, he was able to fix the issue within about 20 minutes. My past experiences with plumbers have taught me that I expect them to charge a lot of money just for pulling into the driveway, no matter how small the job. However, because it was such a simple fix in this case, Kevin didn't even charge me for the visit!! I will definitely be calling these guys again.

It's Christmas Eve and the main pipe of our house got plugged. My husband called Nichols Plumbing and they arrived within 15 minutes. From my experience with plumbing services (we live an old house with issues) they are pretty pricey, so my first thought was that they were going to charge a lot. Within 20 minutes the two men fixed the problem and to my surprise their quote was reasonable!!!!! Definitely recommend this business!

THIS IS THE WORST PLUMBING EXPERIENCE I'VE HAD WITH THIS COMPANY DO NOT USE THEM UNLESS YOU WANT TO GET RIPPED OFF!!! They come to our house to replace items in our house and did a mediocre job, the guy who worked on the project was rude, disrespectful and obnoxiously loud. When he called him out on his job that there was still leakage under the tile that was not there before they did the job and our bathroom tiles are swelled up and hopefully they it doesn't cause more damage to our ceilings or bathroom floor. He not only refused to acknowledge the leak and had the nerve to yell at us but was so rude and disrespectful. When he asked him to fix the problem he did nothing to help and was lazy when we asked him remove the old toilets he was arguing that we should lift the heavy toilets and get rid of them also refusing to break them down to make removing them easier for us. This reflects poorly and the company and was the most unprofessional behavior I have ever seen from a company and would highly recommend using someone else for a plumbing job.
