I gave one star only because there is no way to leave 0 star. They deserve a 0 star, earned it! They offered free estimate for water leakage. But the plumber came, no test done, no service. Just based on his experience, it must be water on the floor. He didn't listen, I told him there wasn't any water. And I hired plumber from another company before him, they ran all the tests and couldn't find anything wrong with my shower. THIS IS A TOTAL WASTE OF MY TIME AND USELESS. The plumber is so arrogant, because he did this job for years and it must be the way he think it is. NO PROOF. REFUSED TO DO ANY TEST.
Lea H.We've had several Jobs done by Nichols.
Most recently (and in progress) was running a gas connection outside for a grill and rewiring a bathroom reno.
Their workers are polite and attentive to detail.
They have a digital system that tells you by text and email when and who is coming to do the work. And they call the provided number as well.
BARE MINIMUM:
I realize from my conversation with the installer today that I am ""out of luck"" with this job; however, to me this is not the workmanship I would expect from the premium that was charged on an $85 vent. My expectation would be a properly sized vent to be installed -- not present an option to leave my bathroom with a crooked vent install with a 1"" perimeter needing to be patched. While the indemnification clause in their contract may prevent me from rebutting this financially, it is unfortunate that this is what NICHOLS ELECTRIC felt comfortable leaving as a statement of work. I would have rather paid an up charge for the technician to get a larger vent at a local Lowe's or Home Depot than create another bill to correct and paint my ceiling.
