Amazing service. Both plumbers arrived in masks and were extremely professional and they offered to repair a second toilet that was having trouble. I called yesterday and they arrived today to take care of replacing a toilet.

My parents always called Niantic Plumbing and it seems that they are still a very reliable company. So grateful for such good service.

Since moving back to Niantic 20 yrs. ago to an older cottage type home, I have had to rely on Niantic plumbing several times and every single time I received the best service. If you have a hard time getting through it is because they are that good.

Niantic Plumbing showed up on time and did an amazing job on a leak we had in our basement. We also mentioned a problem with our master bathroom which they rectified while at our home. The gentlemen that came were polite and professional. They also cleaned up their work area exceptionally well, much to our delight. We will surely call for their services again!

Looks like they are not taking new customers.
My bathroom sink drain stopper broke. I called Monday. The woman answering the phone said the guy was busy working on 2 jobs that day but will call me back Tuesday. Never received any return call. I called back again Thursday. A man answered. He said he's all booked. Unwilling to schedule any additional jobs.
