Annie G.After calling at least 6 different plumbers Patrick was the only one who was able to come when I had an emergency. It took him a while to arrive, but he fixed the problem. He did an excellent job.
Theresa D.Called at 9pm on a Saturday night to fix a toilet clogged during a party. It took him 90 mins to get there, which I understand at that time of night. It took him less than 15 minutes to snake the toilet, for which we and our guests were grateful. The cost was a little high, but I think it was par for the course on an emergency job on a weekend.
(Moral of the story: never allow a 6-year old whose parents just got over the stomach flu over to accompany them to a grown-up party. Never give her 3 kinds of dessert at that party. Amazing digestive pyrotechnics will ensue.)
Teenya K.My tub was clogged, The Guy came out, took one good look at the the clog (pointed at it with a flashlight) and said .... ""OHHHHHH This is a serious job... its going to be $250"" I said ""For what!!! To run a snake?... how do you know that's not all that's needed?""... Needless to say I refused to pay itI felt it was too much.. then he said ""How much you wanna pay?"" after some debate we agreed to $100 he blew out the drain and in 20 minutes he was collecting his money... He did take credit but preferred cash and my tub drain works again!!! overall I was happy I would use them again.
