Nick and his crew installed a new hydronic heating system in our small home. He provided a fair bid, reasonable timeline, and communicated well throughout the project. He completed the job on time, kept the jobsite clean and organized, and was pleasant to work with throughout. The system operates exactly as advertised and we are very happy. We highly recommend NHC plumbing.

I called and left a message that I need a new water heater. They called back within the hour and gave me a basic quote but said they could stop by later to double check on the quote. About 30 mins later Tracy called and said he could stop by and give me a quote now and also do the install now if I wanted. ( I didn't have time for that so I had him come back the next morning) Tracy was on time and got straight to work. Took no time at all. When he was done he helped make sure all the faucets were working correctly and that there were no air bubbles. He then walked me through on how to restart the pilot if it ever went out and how to drain it every year to keep it clear. Now, I like to wait a few months to make sure everything is working before I give a review. This was August 1 when he came out, it is not beginning of October and everything is still working and I'm going to have him back out to do some other plumbing. Highly recommend.

Our toilet was leaking and refilling every half hour, and my DIY replacement of flappers did not fix the issue. Tracy diagnosed that the tank seal (original from 2003) was leaking. He was very pleasant and professional, explained our options, and quickly fixed the problem. I'm very pleased with the speed of service, options presented for a solution, and cost. We reached out for help on a Friday evening and NHC Plumbing got back to us right away. They even fit us in on Monday morning. Tracy arrived on time and was very friendly. He diagnosed our problem and gave us a couple solutions based on the issue. He was up front about the kind of solution he was presenting, whether it was a short or long term solution, and how much it cost. His work was great and solved our problem immediately. When he was finished, he cleaned up all of his mess and was on his way.
