He is extremely busy so sometimes hard to get, but if you can get him, he's EXCELLENT! Does the work properly at the right price. Very honest and straightforward. He fixed a broken faucet behind my washing machine, redirected a washing machine line for remodeling, fixed a broken pipe we found in the wall when remodeling, fixed a broken toilet flange and replace two toilets with elongated toilets on a Saturday because he had been backed up. Another time I had a leak downstairs from an upstairs toilet. Again, he came and did a simple replacement of a wax ring and reset the toilet to see if the simple fix would work-and it did.

I had a PEX tubing hot water leak behind my dry wall to the master bathroom. I had to shut off the main water line, took a picture went to Lowes and showed it to the plumber at Lowes. He recommended I call a plumber saying it would be worth the $150.00 to have it fixed correctly. The plumber at Lowes was new to the area and did not know anyone to recommend. I got on Yelp and found Mr. Nguyen (pronounced """"Win"""") who lived nearby. He came over in a little over an hour fixing it fast and correctly charging me $117.00. I was very happy with his service.
