Not only were they able to fit me in their schedule right away, but Emerson and his assistant arrived in a timely manner and worked hard to get the job done. He's repaired my leaky kitchen sink, I have had them replace the main drain line to my entire home and replace an old sewage extractor pump. Every time they do an awesome job for the right price. My hose detached from my washing machine on the third level of my house that caused a flood going all the way down onto our first level. I called NG plumbing in a panic and he patiently walked me through how to turn my water off. He was also at my house in under an hour to investigate... may i add it was late on a Friday afternoon? Extremely professional, knowledgeable, and reasonable. I am so happy to say that I have found a plumber for life and will highly recommend him to anyone looking for one.

Our toilet wasn't able to drain and later our bathtub. I called on a Sunday at 11 am, and they setup an appointment for me for an 1130 am to 1 pm window. Juan came at 1210.

Juan was thorough, knowledgeable, and efficient in assessing the issue and very patient in explaining the problem. It appears we had a clog or blockage in the pipe draining to the main sewer line. He gave us a free estimate. Pricing was reasonable, and fixed it within 20-30 minutes. Very happy with the outcome.

I'm relieved to find a plumber I can rely on and go to who's professional, polite, knowledgeable, and efficient in what he does. Highly recommended!

Juan is the man.

I called, they gave a window of 4-6, he showed up at 4, saw my problem and explained the work that would have to be done. He clearly explained the risk of the work, if anything were to wrong so we rescheduled for the next morning between 9-11. He showed up at 9. Things went smoothly.

I really appreciated that Juan took the time to explain the problem, how he was going to fix it and he how he tried to do it in the way that was least expensive.

We have had a plumbing issue with our master shower and bathroom sink. We emailed NG Rooter & Plumbing and the next morning we received a response and they were able to fit us in their scheduled for the same day. They came in the afternoon was able to diagnose the issue and provided tips on how we can maintain our pipes to mitigate any clogging in the future.
