We have had a plumbing issue with our master shower and bathroom sink. We emailed NG Rooter & Plumbing and the next morning we received a response and they were able to fit us in their scheduled for the same day. They came in the afternoon was able to diagnose the issue and provided tips on how we can maintain our pipes to mitigate any clogging in the future. In addition to quickly fixing our pipes within 2 hours they cleaned up any debris. We highly recommend using NG Rooter and Plumbing for your plumbing needs!

Juan of NG Rooter and Plumbing replaced our main water shutoff valve. He did it in a timely fashion, letting me know what he was doing, and when he would be done. He was professional and courteous Solid work. He also did work for our kitchen sink on a previous occasion. Same solid work then too.

Juan did a FANTASTIC job for my master bathroom toilet replacement. I have a small toilet not the standard size and he was able to find a replacement and finish the job in 1-hr. They also did a free repair check for me a month ago and repaired the bulb for free but advised me that I will need to have the toilet replaced soon since there are other problems. Which as they said did happen after a month and today I got it replaced :) I highly recommend this company for service, friendliness, positive attitude and price. They arrived on time and fit me in their schedule same day. We are blessed to have such a great plumbing service team right here in our city Hayward. Thank you again Juan!!
