I've used this company twice (once to fix my leaking pipes in the crawl space and to troubleshoot water heater) and they are very responsive. Today, Juan came by and taught me how to troubleshoot my water heater as I wasn't receiving hot water. He was very nice and informative. I will use them again.

Juan was very responsive when I called and was
able to come check out the problem. He recommended getting a new toilet instead of fixing it since it was 20 year old toilet. When I called him next time he came within the hour and installed the new toilet and made sure to check everything twice. Would highly recommend him for plumbing services.

I had water coming out from underneath my toilet. I called a few places, but Juan answered right away and was at my house within an hour. He figured out the problem right away and his price was decent. He also gave me advice on preventative measures.

Our high pressure flush toilet stopped working and would not stop running water even with the water valve closed. NG Rooter & Plumbing was the first call we made after finding them on a local plumber search on Google Maps. The owner, Emerson, took my call on the first try and send his technician, Juan, the same day. He diagnosed it quickly and said it was a discontinued part and gave me several options. We decided to replace the entire toilet. Juan came back out next the morning with a new high pressure flush toilet and installed it in less than an hour. I highly recommend Juan, Emerson, and their company NG Rooter & Plumbing as they were responsive, timely, communicative, transparent, helped us navigate our options and present pros and cons of each option, reasonable with price, and quickly fixed the issue without having high water bills and able to have a useful toilet again! Juan called me back right away, gave me the best quote, and showed up a few hours later. He was in and out, in less than an hour. I had a clogged main line, he used the pressure jet to not only clear the clog but cleaned out all of the piping. We used a camera to see that it was done correctly and that there were no other issues. Really great service, very satisfied customer. I'll be sure to refer my family and friends!
