DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

I hired NFC to install a reverse osmosis water filtration unit under my kitchen sink. They told me they were experts and could do it no problem. But when the guy showed up, he didn't read the installation instructions. After I paid him and he left, I inspected the work and compared it to the instruction sheet. I discovered that he had attached all of the tubes to the wrong connections. He literally got every single connection wrong! Instead of the tapwater being routed into the filter system, he connected the drain pipe to the filter. He got all the other tubes backward, too.

I called the NFC owner, but he didn't believe me. He said he would have to charge me a second time to come back and fix it. I was furious.

Instead I ended up having to hire a different plumber to re-do the entire installation correctly.

Then I contacted the NFC owner and sent him photos showing the improper installation that NFC had done, and the correct installation that had been done by the new plumber. I demanded NFC send me a full refund. The NFC owner was rude and argued with me about it. I told him I would take him to small claims court if he didn't send me a refund.

Finally, weeks later, he mailed me a personal check refunding the amount -- and in the check memo, he wrote ""GFY"" as in ""Go F--k Yourself.""

This was outrageous. NFC made the mistakes, NFC refused to admit their mistake, NFC refused to fix it, NFC tried to charge me twice, NFC resisted giving a refund, and then NFC told me to ""Go F Yourself.""

Unbelievably terrible experience. NFC was incompetent, dishonest, and hostile. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

Nick and his crew has done a great job at my mother-in-laws house.
Responds very fast and at a fair price. He keeps her happy. (hard to do she is 95 years old) NFC Plumbing has done a slab leak, misc. bathroom repair, hot water heater replacement, drain cleaning. (old house) All work was great.

We had a slab leak and Nick came with an assistant to fix it. After 2.0 hours of cutting out stucco and chiseling Nick said it was such a small leak it would be better to return the next day with a leak detection specialist to pinpoint the exact location. This ended up costing us $425.00. The next day their leak detection person arrived and went to work. Nick and his assistant arrived about an hour later and went to work jack hammering away at the slab and footing. His leak person wanted him to cut out another eight foot section of stucco in the hopes of locating a connection which was not there. He also could not pinpoint the leak. Nick and his assistant took turns with the jack hammer to no avail. He then suggested tearing up under the kitchen sink cabinet in the hopes of finding the leak. If it was not there, he said he could move further into the kitchen. At this point we decided to call it quits. This was another 2.5 hour day at a cost of $450.00. All told we were in for $875.00 without being any closer to repairing the leak.

Can't say enough good things about these guys. Nick Sr. came out to my house for an estimate and was very thorough and explained everything to me and gave me a very reasonable quote that included pretty much everything that needed to be done other than finishing touches. Shortly after, the tub arrived and then Nick Jr. and another employee, Juan, came out and installed my new jetted bathtub I've been wanting for five years. They had to get creative getting the big bathtub into my teeny tiny house and bathroom, but they did it! They were all knowledgeable, honest, straightforward and kind, and the price for all their work was unbeatable. I highly recommend NFC and all their guys. THANK YOU!!
