Finally, we found a reliable certified Master Plumber, who doesn't work for a big company!

Owner Marc from NextGen came out with Alex to fix our leaking basement toilet. He explained all our options (they weren't pushy at all) and let us decide.

We chose to go with a new low-flow toilet. NextGen found the leak was coming from a recessed and improperly installed wax ring, so they took care of that quickly and came in exactly as quoted.

You might find an uncertified ""plumber"" for cheaper, but you won't find one more honest, clean or efficient than NextGen.

We will refer them to anyone and everyone with confidence.

We found a horse waterer leaking at 4:30pm on Friday. We are new to the area, so jumped on Yelp to find a plumber. We called NextGen Plumbing, and Marc answered & said he'd come out right away. He was prompt, efficient, fixed the problem, and answered all of our questions. Marc even checked a couple other items for us during the visit. We will have NextGen on speed dial for all our future plumbing needs!

I contacted these people through ThumbTack requesting a quote on a simple new build kitchen hook up. Supply lines, install single handle Delta faucet, install garbage disposal and plumb dishwasher.
ANY plumber would know exactly what that intails, it's new build not retrofit remodel.
They jack you around wanting to come out and look at it and give you a sales pitch.
It's NOT a plumber you're contacting it's some marketing lame trying to scratch out a huge fee.
This about a two hour job.... they can't give you an estimate for that?
STAY AWAY..... THESE GUYS ARE NOT THE REAL DEAL.
