By far the rudest and lack of customer service I have ever seen. I remodeled my entire house. Purchased $ 500.00 toilets and my house is finally done and I noticed that one of the toilet seats were scratched. Called them up to see if I could get a replacement and all I got was a a lecture from an employee named Travis. How I should have noticed before I picked them up so on. I will never do business with this company. The worst by far!

You can imagine how much I dislike this company that I took the time to enter this company into Yelp. There product line is incredible The issue is there staff who could not care if you shopped there or not. We spent over $9000 on toilets and fixtures. We were treated like a virus. They never call as promised. The worst is the girl who seems run the place. We needed a new toilet seat. We brought the old one to make sure it was right. She lied and said it was not made any more and we should look on line. My wife found our toilet on the sales floor. At that point she said oh, oh I can get that one. We pre paid for the seat and she lied when she said I will call you when it comes on. We stopped in and picked it up a week later. DO Not shop here
