GOOD PLUMBING OUTFIT The address is wrong. They have relocated to Cape Coral, but service both Fort Myers & Cape Coral. I was impressed with our plumber (Scott). He came when he said he would and easily fixed our several little problems. All at a reasonable price. He said that they have 54 plumbers, all licensed, and they never charge overtime regardless of when, day or night, they work. Very cool.

Had next plumming commerce lakes came out and gave me a $700 estimate to fix leak under sink. A handy man stopped by and fixed it for $10. Next plumming commerce lakes then charged us a $150 service call. Needless to say we will never call again.

I had a simple refit of a water heater... just repiping, a valve, a few joints, not a big deal. I figured $60 in parts and an hour labor. Next came in and hit me with a $465 estimate, almost 3 times what it should have been AND that was without a new expansion tank. I could have bought a whole new heater for they wanted just to refit it. Needless to say, I sent them packing and with another phone call (from a reputable recommendation), found another FAR superior plumber who in addition to refitting it, laid out the expansion tank so it is sits horizontally on the heater - WAY more stable and safer. It cost me way less, for more work AND a new expansion tank!

Called at 7:45 AM and appointment was set for between 8:30 and 10:30 AM. Corey arrived at 8:30 and had the issue fixed by 9:15. There was a main line blockage about 70 feet from the house, which took a few snakes. Unfortunately the toilet had to be removed/reset to snake the problem which added a couple hundred of dollars to the bill. He also put a camera down the main line and verified there was no roots or collapse. Unfortunately it is cast iron, but that is due to the age of the home. I can see the issue of the cost, $300 to snake, remove blockage, and camera with the added $200 for the toilet remove/reset. On the other hand, you have to pay for good service. Professional, nice, clean, honest, and the problem fixed.

Next Plumbing is a first-rate company. They contacted me immediately to schedule an appointment and the technicians arrived on time the next morning. Looking for long-term solutions as well as short-term fixes, I had lots of questions and they had excellent answers and recommendations for each one. Evan and Eric were both very courteous and knowledgeable and highly skilled (all technicians at Next Plumbing are certified plumbers). They were also well-dressed in Company shirts and well-groomed. Furthermore, Next Plumbing sends its customers an email in advance of the visit with the name of the technician and a current photo and date of their last background check so you know who's coming to your house. Both of these technicians treated my house as if it were their own. I highly recommend Next Plumbing to anyone with immediate concerns as well as long-term preventive maintenance concerns.
