Next Plumbing replaced a kitchen faucet. The plumber told me $210.00 which was very high. When he got finished he went outside and come back inside and he said that will be $387.00. I told him no way I would not pay him the extra money $177.00. After that the faucet got loose and the same plumber come out and said this is normal. I bought the Koehler faucet at Costco and I paid $189.00 plus tax . He wanted to charge me over $800.00 for a new faucet. I am 78 years old and he thought I would pay the extra amount. If they don't get back to me I will report them to the State of Florida Attorney General. I think they over charge senior citizens thinking they will pay whatever the bill is. I will not let that same Plumber back into my house.

First of all, You are extremely lucky to have an employee like Doug Arnold representing your company. This was my first experience with a project like this in our home. So, we were very nervous considering we were up all night worried about our water heater leaking water. There was some anxiety involved in the process. The woman who answered the phone listened to my situation and could not have acted faster to accommodate us. I was shocked that they were able to send a technician within 1 hour of my frantic call. So, by the end of the day they installed our new water heater, and we were very pleased. From the moment I called Next Plumbing and when the service technician arrived at our house, I could not have been any more impressed. Doug worked all afternoon to finish the job. Family and friends over the years have shared horror stories about how projects like this can go wrong. We decided to take Doug's expert advice and install the water heater that would be best for our water quality. He reassured us that we would be very satisfied and have the safety we were looking for in our home. I could not believe Doug's professionalism and customer service. As soon as he was finished (after 6 hours of extremely hard work), we were pleased to find our things fully intact and clean - thanks to their promise to us. And, to my surprise, they even went out of his way to clean EVERYTHING up after he was done. I was so relieved to see the fantastic work he did because I was very worried about how it was going to look. these folks will try to bs you and overcharge you. had them out to hook gas line up to my grill and connect water line to small sink. after telling me what a great plumber he is he said fix it all up for $1960 I laughed told him no thanks but the gimmick is they charge you $88 for the estimate so they just try to rob you hoping you will bite. called another company got it done for $725 big difference beware

Learned our lesson w this company. Was going to charge us $720 to fix pipe under sink. Our neighbor stopped bye & fixed for $10. Next Plumbing charged us $150 just for coming out. What a mistake!

Arthur was fabulous. Very professional and helpful. He gave us a quote on a water pressure booster pump and installed it same day. His work was timely, clean and accurate. Would definitely recommend Next Plumbing for any plumbing job.

Before you get involved walk away from this company NOW. Their plumber who's name is Junior, literally hand picked me what water fountain to purchase to pass inspection. Inspection day comes and they FAIL my water fountain. The inspector tells me any professional plumbing company Would know NOT to install this water fountain because it is non compliance with code. Next plumbing charged me $578 to come uninstall the water fountain they told me to purchase. I explained to them how I felt hustled. They responded with """"if you don't pay your balance a lean will be placed on your space"""". IM SAVING YOU THE HEADACHE, DO NOT USE NEXT PLUMBING. OR IF YOU DO AND THEY SEND """"Junior"""" SEND HIM BACK!!!

Recently had some major work done by their Service Tech. Michael D. Resealed a lose toilet and repaired the insides of both units, replaced the water heater, and installed a HALO water conditioning system. Mike was on time, personable, and very skilled in his craft. While it was very hot and humid, his work was done in a timely fashion. This is the 3rd. time I have used this company and while not the least expensive company out there, they have always provided top notch service !

We needed to replace an older toilet and contacted Next for assistance. Jason Jackson was our technician and he was very helpful. He provided us with great information about the pros and cons of various toilet types we were considering and we appreciated his friendliness, complete information and willingness to answer our questions. He was very efficient and thorough in the installation and clean up. He removed the old toilet and helped to dispose of the packing. I would definitely call Next for future needs and would certainly request Jason.

I found this company thru Home Advisor. I needed chair height toilets installed because my husband has trouble using the standard height. The brand they carry is TOTO. I was told the """"comfort Height"""" that TOTO calls theirs was the same as chair height. This was absolutely not the case and I didn't realize it until after they left that they were roughly the same height as the 3 perfectly good toilets that they had removed. They badger you into taking out a maintenance contract. They left at 5:30 on a Friday. I called 1st thing Monday morning and was not allowed to cancel the contract. That S. contract is useless to me since they are untrustworthy. So now $2660.00 I still have toilets that are a problem (and very noisey to boot) and a contract I will never use. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They WILL lie toyou to get the job!
