We were once again very pleased with the work performed by NEXT plumbing. We have used them several times before. This time our technician was Chris T. He arrived right on time and very quickly analyzed the problem, gave us a quote and went right to work. Chris was very friendly, courteous and efficient. He explained the details of what he would be doing and also explained the company's customer protection plan options. We decided to add a plan and feel it will be a very good maintenance and cost saving plan in the future. We highly recommend NEXT plumbing!

Mark P, came to our house because we had no hot water. He removed the panels on the hot water heater and discovered it had shorted out. The top of the hot water heater was also very rusty. He called Bradford White Corp., the maker of the hot water heater and discovered there was still a 3-4 year warranty on it. He drained the old heater, installed a new hot water heater as well as new pipes and a new thermal expansion tank. He was very professional and tidy. He did great work. Anne L

Very bad establishment. Unprofessional and they take advantage of the elderly. They did not finish the work they were paid to do. When we contacted them to come back out and finish, they requested more money, although they charged way over the quoted price. Run from this establishment!

Hot water heaters never go out when it is convenient. I called several plumbers and all of them could not get to me the same day. Next Plumbing also said that they could not get to me until the next day. I was about to hang up when the lady I was speaking with told me that she would call me right back. Within 10 minutes she called back and said they would be there in an hour! Their price was in the ballpark with everyone else but their service was outstanding. The plumber was very friendly and professional and completed the job in just over an hour. I will continue to use Next Plumbing from here on out.

We called to have some minor work done at a home we are selling. Rocky showed up in the designated time frame and was quick and efficient. He was also extremely honest and told us that the disposal we thought needed replacing, didn't! He got it working and charged us only for the visit. Wow!! With an expansive split plan home and a shower that would not drain I was reluctant to call a professional for the fear of the worst case scenario. This shower was as far from the septic as it could be so there was a lot of space where something could go awry. Less than a month ago I had my septic pumped thinking my issue was related. My issue was something else and after reaching out on social media, Next Plumbing was suggested by a close friend. I called on a Saturday morning and one hour later with NO appointment a friendly technician named Kyle showed up. I know this because he exited his vehicle, reached out to shake my hand and introduced himself by name. I had tried to alleviate my issue by digging where the previous septic company had dug. There was nothing to be found. Kyle was able to help and steer me in the right direction regarding my blockage. Kyle was efficient, friendly, knowledgeable, and somewhat reluctant to give me any bad news until other avenues were explored. Bad news never came! I was billed a basic $88 fee and MORE THAN HAPPY to pay considering the possibility of another misdiagnosis. I am a happy guy. Thank you Next Plumbing.

Hurricane Ian broke the pipe that brings water into my house. Next Plumbing was recommended to me by a friend. I called Tuesday morning & they were here Wednesday afternoon right at the appointed time. Junior, the technician on my job, didn't freak when he saw all of the spaghetti of pipes, etc. around my 100 year old house. He said no problem-and proceeding to piece together the jig saw puzzle of pipes. He even added an extra on/off valve so I wouldn't have to go out to the street to turn the water off. After all of the stress of putting Ian behind me, Junior made my day much better!! Thank you!
