Next plumbing was misleading and deceptive. Included in my description of work that Home advisor passed on to Next plumbing, I included the most likely problem which was the old style back to back toilet tee fixture fitting. When the plumber came out, he insisted it was the main vent stack that was the problem and he would need additional help to go in the attic or roof with the camera and rescheduled the repair. Before they came out again, I emailed him again about the problem being the tee fitting and not the vent stack. Again, he said I was wrong and he wouldn't charge me for looking at the vent stack if that was not the problem. So, he brought an expert out with him, went in the attic, found no problems and then pulled the toilet off and used the camera to find that the problem was the tee fitting like I had originally said. He ended up giving me $2,600 estimate to replace the fitting, along with opening up my neighbors ceiling and walls, along with another bill for $368 which included charges for bringing out 2 people so he could check the Vent Stack that I told him twice was not problem. So, nothing was fixed but they did charge me for two separate diagnostic fees. First, they charged me $88 to come out and determine he need more help to repair a vent stack with no problems then another $368 to have 2 guys check a vent stack with no problems and then look in the toilet like I originally suggested.

Hurricane Ian broke the pipe that brings water into my house. Next Plumbing was recommended to me by a friend. I called Tuesday morning & they were here Wednesday afternoon right at the appointed time. Junior, the technician on my job, didn't freak when he saw all of the spaghetti of pipes, etc. around my 100 year old house. He said no problem-and proceeding to piece together the jig saw puzzle of pipes. He even added an extra on/off valve so I wouldn't have to go out to the street to turn the water off. After all of the stress of putting Ian behind me, Junior made my day much better!! Thank you!

We were advised by a different plumber that we had a water leak and needed to run a new line to our pool. We called Next Plumbing for a quote. Doug from Next Plumbing came to our house and was very knowledgeable. After running some tests he determined that the leak had already been resolved by the pool company by replacing the auto-fill and there was no need to run a new line. Thank you Next Plumbing.

Wow!! With an expansive split plan home and a shower that would not drain I was reluctant to call a professional for the fear of the worst case scenario. This shower was as far from the septic as it could be so there was a lot of space where something could go awry. Less than a month ago I had my septic pumped thinking my issue was related. My issue was something else and after reaching out on social media, Next Plumbing was suggested by a close friend. I called on a Saturday morning and one hour later with NO appointment a friendly technician named Kyle showed up. I know this because he exited his vehicle, reached out to shake my hand and introduced himself by name. I had tried to alleviate my issue by digging where the previous septic company had dug. There was nothing to be found. Kyle was able to help and steer me in the right direction regarding my blockage. Kyle was efficient, friendly, knowledgeable, and somewhat reluctant to give me any bad news until other avenues were explored. Bad news never came! I was billed a basic $88 fee and MORE THAN HAPPY to pay considering the possibility of another misdiagnosis. I am a happy guy. Thank you Next Plumbing.
