Once again, Next Plumbing to the rescue! Our water heater started leaking a LOT this afternoon, the day after Christmas, and not only were they responsive and had the problem fixed within a few hours of my call, they were kind, efficient, and kept me updated every step of the way. They have bailed me out before (literally) so will always be my first call from now on!

We were advised by a different plumber that we had a water leak and needed to run a new line to our pool. We called Next Plumbing for a quote. Doug from Next Plumbing came to our house and was very knowledgeable. After running some tests he determined that the leak had already been resolved by the pool company by replacing the auto-fill and there was no need to run a new line. Thank you Next Plumbing.

Hot water heaters never go out when it is convenient. I called several plumbers and all of them could not get to me the same day. Next Plumbing also said that they could not get to me until the next day. I was about to hang up when the lady I was speaking with told me that she would call me right back. Within 10 minutes she called back and said they would be there in an hour! Their price was in the ballpark with everyone else but their service was outstanding. The plumber was very friendly and professional and completed the job in just over an hour. I will continue to use Next Plumbing from here on out.

I highly recommend Next Plumbing. I had a drip in my shower John was fast and left everything very clean . He explained everything he was doing and gave me a free inspection of all the plumbing in my house . He also flushed out my water heater for free and showed me where the shutoff valve was . I hope Next reads this I think John goes above and beyond expectations. He even opened a container I couldn't open for me .

Hot water heater wasn't working. Adam found the problem immediately. when he preached out to the manufacture's website, it stated part was no longer available. He then suggested we contact their customer service team, because the heater was less than 4 years old. We did and found out that the part needed had been changed to a newer version which was able to be used in all of the heating units. We bought the part on Amazon, received it the next day. Adam came back replaced the old part. AND he didn't charge us for the second house call. polite, professional and respectful of our property as well as our con regarding being told we needed to replace the whole unit. will definitely refer them with smiles.

I call next plumbing because my water heater was leaking, they provided me with a couple options we went with replacing the water heater and they solved the problem we are very satisfied with the service very efficient and very professional the technician was very neat cleaned up after himself and we have hot water again ty next plumbing!!!!!!!!!!!!

My lateness in filing this complaint is due to making sure that all the damages in my house were completed. In January 2023 I called Next Plumbing to fix a leak in a toilet and since they were coming out I also wanted to change out a shower head and trim plate. Due to scheduling issues I needed a company to come out soon. When Next Plumbing came they tried to charge me a $168 diagnostic fee which was never discussed in the scheduling. I told the plumber no and he very nastily said I would be contacted by the office to pay the fee. The Operations Manager Nick called me and begged me to let them come out and do the job. I should have listened to my gut. Leak was fixed but issues with shower. Nick took off shower head and trim and discovered what I had would not work. Told me what to buy, I purchased sent him pictures and he ok'd. Sent another plumber out who said I needed more parts, broke something off in valve could not find replacement. Fine just put old parts back on was what I wanted at that point. Nick said he threw them out. Owner George offered to come cut out wall and replace valve at no cost to me. I had to agree as I had no use of shower. Jan 28 Nick and another plumber came, replaced, fixed hole. Took a shower at 7, by 9 my whole house was flooded. Called Next Plumbing screaming they needed to get here. Nick walked in door and immediately stated it was not their fault. I was not a very nice person then. They cut the pipe in 3 places and above one of the pipes was another connector that they apparently loosened when working. All they came with was a broken shop vac and a couple of towels. They would not leave me the faulty pieces, I even had to call the police on them. Next day a new plumber came out and stated a simple fix would have been to do a wet test which they did not do. He even showed me where the trim plate and shower head did not meet the wall. Yes Next Plumbing then sue me in Small Claims for their clean up that night in the amount of approximately $1200. Next Plumbing came to my residence reference a leak in the Master Bathroom toilet (Fluid valve) for about 10 days. The Next Plumbing technician Luis was professional, one time, courteous and attentive to our family's needs. I highly recommend Next plumbing to my friends and family plumbing needs.

Our hot water tank was installed by Next Plumbing just under 5 years ago. Thankfully the tank was still under warranty and Randy S. showed up right on time. He explained what was, and what wasn't, covered under the warranty and quickly got to work diagnosing the problem. The upper element was blown so Randy replaced it and the lower element which were under warranty. The work was completed quickly and Randy left the area around the hot water tank cleaner than when he arrived! The invoice was very reasonable and we couldn't have been more pleased with Randy's service, extremely patient, prompt, professional, courteous, friendly and thorough. We highly recommend Next Plumbing and will be asking for Randy the next time we call.

Hurricane Ian broke the pipe that brings water into my house. Next Plumbing was recommended to me by a friend. I called Tuesday morning & they were here Wednesday afternoon right at the appointed time. Junior, the technician on my job, didn't freak when he saw all of the spaghetti of pipes, etc. around my 100 year old house. He said no problem-and proceeding to piece together the jig saw puzzle of pipes. He even added an extra on/off valve so I wouldn't have to go out to the street to turn the water off. After all of the stress of putting Ian behind me, Junior made my day much better!! Thank you!
