My hot water heater went out on me, I contacted my home warranty company and they sent out Nathan with Next Level. He got it diagnosed right away and started the warranty process, unfortunately my warranty company was an absolute mess with terrible communication as it seems everyone else has had. That being said these guys were able to get it straightened out and the new tank ordered and installed. Highly recommend.

I have a Homework Warranty, that set me up with Next Level Plumbing. So since I had more than one issue, I put all my issues on one ticket. I had a toilet that wouldn't stop running. I had a shower that kept running a lot, a pipe in the garage that drips and a bigger pipe that drips as well. Day 1, the young man came and looked, took pictures and said he turn the shower water valve back off didn't say much and was gone. Beep, beep my leak detector started going off so I went downstairs and the water was leaking at the back of the shower so I turned the water back off because he didn't.
Several days later I try to get a hold of them with no answer and no call back from the day before. So I called the warranty company and then they called them while I was waiting on the phone, the warranty company said they're submit it that day. Fast forward the estimate was a little higher than what I was expecting. I called the warranty company and then I called the plumbing company and got two different answer but I agree to work.
I took a day off and was told that he would be there at 8 AM that morning. I also received a text saying that he will be there at 8 AM. Ok, 9 o'clock came around so I called and he stated he had to go to another location and the company should have called (they didn't). 10:45 my plumber arrived, and here we go. Plumber stated he was not happy with the work he had to do because the Pictures didn't do it justice. Plumber scared the Deakins out of me when he told me the job he was gonna do on my big pipe ( totally different the the phone call). The pipe in the garage he worked on, then he told me he couldn't fix it so we agreed to cut it since he bent part of the pipe and seal it (I didn't want water to be leaking from my bent pipe in my house). The shower was fixed and he stated to me that he turned the water on and tested.
We went downstairs so I can check everything out. when I went into the bathroom, I noticed that the handles to the sink was turned on, so I stated to him that the water is not on you did not turn on the bathroom valve so you couldn't have tested. I walked around to the other side he stated you have vows to the bathroom. I checked it. It was fine I paid he left. I went back downstairs and I heard my toilet still running. I called him He told me I needed to come to Warranty company, but he also stated that he will call the owner and have the young man to come back out to fix it. Nobody called, nobody came, remember he just left my home.
I called the warranty company several days later and told them that my toilet was still not fixed. They sent a different plumbing company they fix my toilet and they fix the pipe in the garage, now I have running water in the garage. I also got it done for over half the price that the other company was going to charge me. We now talking about the big pipe being done. everything in this review and more was also told to my warranty company.

Bought a house and had a home warranty and had it issue with our shower drain not draining. Put in a request for somebody to come out and they had next level plumbing. They came out on the first day as said, but were unable to free the drain and wanted us to remove paneling in the basement to expose the drain. They asked us to text them back when that was done. On Monday we texted him that it was done and they were going to come out. We confirmed they were coming out and we made Sure somebody was going to be at the house from the 12 to 4 window that they said and nobody came. At 4 o'clock we asked if they were still coming and they said yes. It was a no-show. Same thing on Tuesday. Confirmed that they were coming out And then they were a no-show. Same thing on Wednesday. Confirmed in the morning they were coming out and re-confirmed in the afternoon and they were a no-show. Texted in the morning on Thursday and they said they would be here between 12 and 4. texted and they said they would be here just a little after four, and they were a no-show. No explanation just a no-show. Stay away from this jack ass company.

1star is too good for these jokers! I don't want to scare anyone, but don't use NextLevel Plumbing. They were plumbers associated with First American Home Warranty, and after waiting 5 days for a new water heater, because they failed to pick up the water heater when it was first available, they waited 2 more days to pick it up. In those 5 days they let water fill up my laundry room because they were too lazy to turn off the water, causing water damage to my home. Then, they called me to say they'd gotten the wrong unit. While I was waiting to talk with the home warranty company, Next Level plumbers quit, leaving me high - but definitely not dry! Run away from these people, whatever you do.

Nate and Jeff were professional, efficient and did an excellent job on bathtub to shower remodel and pipe replacement. The house is old and they worked around some of the quirks of an old house with ease. They are both great guys and I highly recommend them. Reasonable price with professional results. Thanks guys!

This company is terrible!! Stay away at all costs. They were the assigned contractor from home warranty company (First American) to replace my hot water heater. Very unresponsive and placed blame on warranty company and Home Depot. Like other reviews here they added all these additional costs that weren't covered that totaled $775.

It is a day later since the service request was placed and I have not heard anything from this company. The service request was placed through my home warranty. I called them today at 12:30pm and left a message. Then I called my home warranty company (Old. Republic Home Warranty) and they placed a call to NLP. Still haven't heard from them. Based on the number of bad reviews I called my home warranty company and had the service transferred to another service provider. Stay away!!!!!

We had to shut our water off due to a bad leak. Called our home warranty company and was assigned this company. Scheduling was easy and they came out faster than originally planned due to us having to shut off the water which I appreciated. When they arrived, they told my boyfriend we had two significant leaks and they had to contact my home warranty to request replacing the pipes/plumbing in those areas and that my home warranty would be calling me to follow up. When I followed up with my home warranty, they told me a completely different story. They said the tech report claimed they didn't have access to the leaks and that I need to move the FRAME of my house....THE FRAME. None of this was mentioned in person. They said they haven't even diagnosed anything yet so until I move the frame they can not move forward. I called Next level and never heard back. This was over a week ago now. I ended up having someone else come out to fix the issue.
