Recommended Customer Reviews
This is the first time we've used Next Level Plumbing, so this review has more to to with Evan Thomson, who was the plumber they sent, than necessarily the company .... and if Evan is any indication as to the people Next Level Plumbing hires, then this review is for the company also. Evan was immediately friendly, forthright, and extremely knowledgeable. He took time drawing diagrams and was patient in explaining them. He told us the worst-case scenario as well as the best-case scenario. Thanks to his expertise and attention to detail, we now can use our sinks/basins/shower. It was the easiest fix he could imagine, and it worked! Also, way under our budget! He is thorough, honest and friendly. If we ever need another plumber, I'd call Next Level Plumbing and ask for Evan by name. He is an excellent representative of the company and is a true asset to them. I hope Next Level Plumbing values him as they ought. P. Bowlin
Brian B.I am getting fed up with home service companies price gouging for their labor. I called to have a plumber come out and fix my bidet installation. I was quoted $39.95 service call. Of course, when I explained the problem, the receptionist could not provide an estimate. The Next Level plumber took less than five minutes to fix the leak. Now, my bidet installation is complete. Here's the problem. Next Level wanted $175 for five minutes of work. The plumber wanted to make it worth our time coming out here and check the interior valves. A plumber from a different company two weeks ago had already performed an annual service. So, I inquired about a filtering system for the bathroom """"and the price does not have a comma."""" The price was $942, which is still steep. However, I now have great tasting water in one bathroom sink. I do like plumber Brendon's overall work. He is thorough, efficient, and amicable. He does not make the prices. I did research and the price of the filter system is $300 without installation. Nevertheless, that's still $642 for travel, labor, and installation in less than two hours. Update on filter replacement - Prior to installing the Essential Max Flow filtering system, Brendon mentioned that five workers use the same system in their office and they have not replaced their filter in a year. So, I responded, """"then, I should get five years before I have to replace the filter?"""" Well, read the attachment. I do not appreciate false information and have to an authorized plumber install this filter annually. Coni L.I have had these awesome guys at my mobile home 2 install new water heater as well as all new plumbing. They r professional, courteous, knowledgeable & I enjoyed enteracting with them. They were there all day on a hot summer day & refused 2 stop until finished. I had a couple issues the following day & someone (Evan) was there within an hr 2 fix it. I am not really happy with the way the outside hose system operates due to large puddle always on the ground when hose is turned on. Ive been told its due to necessary valve to prevent backflow?? Luv them anyway
Michael O.We had a leak in the kitchen sink. The service man fixed the leak but made a mess and billed a lot for the work that was done. We'll be looking for a new plumber the next time we need one.
David H.Great service-- very responsive and helpful. Would contact again should I have any more issues.
I was having trouble replacing a water valve & supply line to one of my toilets. After numerous unsuccessful attempts to do it myself, I had to call in a pro. I wanted a local firm with high reviews & a verified license. I found Next Level Plumbing after a Yelp search. I appreciated being reminded of my appointment the day prior, and was able to change it if needed. My window was from 8-10am, but was pleased when I was texted just after 8am that Ethan T. was en route & that I could track his vehicle. Ethan was very professional, gave me a quote for the valve & supply line I'd already purchased (which he cautioned against using because of their shorter expected lifespan & because he couldn't warrant them; and a higher quote for those same items he brought with him which were under warranty. I chose the latter quote. Ethan got the new valve & water supply line installed with no problem. He also stayed to ensure that there were no leaks once the water was turned back on. I give 5 stars for Ethan's professionalism & service. However, now that I know that the National Avg Cost (labor & materials) for this type of service is quite a bit less than what I paid, the cost gets 3 stars. Averaged out, my final rating is 4 stars. I do recommend Next Level Plumbing, though next time I will be certain to check prices beforehand.
Bill M.Contacted them and they came out the next day which was great. Ethan was a very nice young guy who did excellent work. I had him replace an old, which also turned out to be rusted, two handle faucet with a nice single handle chrome faucet with a 10 inch plate both of which I already had. . I was happy with the quick response, the quality of the work, and the tech they sent - Ethan. I was lukewarm with the price. I paid for the same thing early this year using Richards Plumbing in my prior home and it was $120 less. I know gas prices and expenses are up which is why I went with it. Otherwise service was a 5. I'd give them 4 1/2 stars if Yelp would let me ! Bottom line if you need a good plumber you wouldn't go wrong with these guys.
Mare G.My cabinets were badly damaged during the install of new dishwasher. I found this after removing the one I'm returning. They charge insane pricing as well. Stay away .
Our hot water heater broke and they were here in less than an hour. We needed a new unit and our tech, Ethan picked up a new one and installed it and cried the old ones very efficientlly and his work was very clean. Highly recommend this company for your plumbing needs.
Melinda P.Great honest plumber. I hired him to replace my faucet and bought one at Home Depot for him to install. He told me my existing faucet would be replaced for free if I called Moen. I called and got a new one delivered then called Evan told him I had it and he came and installed the new one. I wouldn't have known about getting a replacement from the company if Evan hadn't told me.
