Just an update of this poor business. As mentioned in previous review there was one other complaint filed with Consumer Affairs. Five complaints with the Better Business Bureau. Porch.com investigating as positive reviews on their site look ""suspicious."" Stay away!

Jae Duncan robbed my husband and me, along with other customers we know about. He takes deposits and does not complete the work, disappearing and never returning calls. He cannot be trusted, having shown he has no morals or integrity, whatsoever. Stay away! He also goes under ""Drip Drip Plumbing."" I know--great name for a plumbing company. It would be like calling an IT company ""Crash Crash"" or a cleaning company ""Filth Filth."" Anyway, steer clear.

Alyssa said it all. Did a bad job with my plumbing and refuses to pick up my calls. Called with a different number and of course he picked up. Sadly, we have to find someone else and pay them to redo his mess. He definitely needs to be reported. What a scam!!

JAE DUNCAN - NEXT LEVEL - BIGGEST SCAM ARTIST. Be aware! I wish I would have followed my instinct and also listened to the terrible reviews written about Jae. Dishonest, messy and does not complete the project. I hired him to replace a hot water heater. He left the old one behind, patched up a leak in the new one he installed and once paid never followed through with getting the permit and does not return phone calls. He also told me his credit card machine was broken and could only accept cash. COMPLETE SCAM ARTIST!!!!!! He's been removed from several websites while they investigate him due to the number of complaints about him
