Angelo returned my call promptly and set up an appointment to resolve a clogged sink drain and waste disposal system. When making the appointment, Angelo gave me an estimate and work scope for the repair. He texted me when he was enroute with an ETA which was in line with the appointment time... exactly. The job had the potential of being very messy but after the job was finished and carefully leak checked, Angelo left the work area cleaner than he found it. The invoice was very fair and exactly as he quoted the evening before when he returned our call. Angelo was very polite, respectful, and thoughtful while working in and around our home.
