I hired NGP to install some new faucets and toilets. When they got here we realized that I would need new shut off valves as well. They gave me a fair price to have this work done and stayed late into the evening to get as much done as possible. My favorite part was they told me they would come back on Thursday for sure but Wednesday was a possibility and they ended up coming back on Wednesday to finish the job. I feel like with everything going on today someone who does what they say they are going to do and shows up when they say they are going to show up is priceless. They were professional and I am extremely happy with their work and although I won't hopefully need plumbing work for anytime soon I will recommend them to anyone who ask. Thank you so much Angelo and team for everything.

My handle broke on the toilet, I went and purchased a new one, I thought it was an easy fix. NOPE, not for me. So I called Angelo, he said the one I purchased didn't fit. Angelo responded to my email inquiry within 15 minutes of me sending the message to him describing my plumbing issues in our kitchen. He and Fred then came to our home within an hour and a half to give us an on site estimate, free of charge, which was lower than what another company had quoted me over the phone. Both plumbers were considerate and professional throughout the whole process and explained the steps they were taking to resolve my plumbing issues. Super team that seemed to enjoy what they were doing. Will definitely call them again for any plumbing needs. I highly recommend Angelo and Fred from Next Generation Plumbing!

I called Next Generation this morning and Angelo called me back within an hour. Explained that I had a sink that was backed up. He gave me time that he could come by and he was at my house just like he said. He fixed my sink quickly and was very professional but friendly. I would definitely use Angelo again.

I put a work request out on Yelp for an outdoor gas line that I was having trouble with-Next Generation was the first to respond-offered to come the next morning. We set appointment and Angelo arrived as scheduled. He was great! Couldn't fix the problem at first but he came back a couple hours later with some serious tools and knocked it out. Price was more than fair...I felt like it was worth more. If you need plumbing work done-call him. Oh-I almost forgot...He called me a couple minutes after he left to make sure I knew how to relight the water heater and offered to come back and do it for me. That's customer service.
