My toilet clogs a lot and I live in a trailer so I thought it had to be snaked. Anyways they came out and admitted they didn't know anything about trailer toilets. Instead of giving up and walking away like the other plumbers did they decided to try plunging it. Well I feel dumb because it worked! Yay!!! Now to do my best to prevent the issue again! Thank you guys I truly appreciate it!!!

I called these guys and got an appointment right away. I wanted two things fixed but I ended up getting other things fixed that needed fixing as well. They were punctual, came the time they said they would. They were also very flexible to look at other problems we had. The guys were very nice and cleaned up well after themselves. The price was affordable enough.

For payment types they accepted cash, checks, or Venmo. Did not accept credit cards just FYI.

I was washing towels and suddenly water started gushing out of overflow pipe. Realized I could use bathrooms on other end of house, but couldnt drain water in kitchen. Checked Yelp for plumbers.
Angelo from Next Generation Plumbing called me back within half hour. He said he could come next day. Of course I called others, but they either didnt call back or it would be days before they could come.
He came as promised and snaked drain from port outside kitchen. Before long, everything was clear. He let washer drain to make sure. I asked how he knew he went far enough and he said he had measured length to other drain before he started.
His price was reasonable and he gives a 30 day guarantee. I knew then why his reviews were 5 star. I promptly added his info to my contact list.

The owner of Next Generation and one of his plumbers came out to my place to reinstall an 18"" gas line to my stove. Yes, that's short. They were punctual, arriving at the time I was told. They were able to shimmy behind the stove, disconnect the line and install a line of proper length. They also referred me to Cousin's Maine Lobstet truck for dinner. Good experience!

Angelo was responsive, straightforward, and kept me updated when he was running late from another job. He spent over an hour at my home regarding two issues I had sought him for. The first was just a plain clogged toilet, which I didn't realize, since it presented itself differently than other clogged toilets have been for me. Super ""duh!"" moment for me. The other was more complex - slow draining storm drain from yesterday's superstorm. He and his colleague analyzed it and did the best they could to clear it, but concluded it was best to leave it alone for now, as further actions might actually do more harm than good for different reasons. I appreciate the honesty and ability to look at the big picture. On top of all this, he didn't charge us a penny for coming out. That's some integrity.
