Called on a rainy Sunday afternoon for a main line stoppage due to roots in the line. The owner came out himself. He worked diligently for 2 hours trying to clear. He got half of it but due to the severe nature of my stoppage he advised I call another plumber who had a stronger auger/snake. Although the issue was partly fixed, I am more impressed with his HONESTY and suggestions to get the issue 100% resolved. I live in a 50 year old house with big trees and roots so I know from past experiences about plumbing complications. Our Master Bathroom shower faucet had been leaking, wouldn't provide very hot water and had low pressure. It was time to have a professional fix it. And a professional Angelo was! From initial contact, to job completion, Angelo was easy to contact, quick to respond and over all very communicative. He showed up on time and walked me through what he was going to do to fix our shower. After the repairs Angelo provided some great tips and left the bathroom clean, as if he hadn't even been there. The water heater in my Brentwood home couldn't get ignited after the earthquake shutoff valve somehow got tripped. I re-ignited it a few times before, but not this time, so I thought the control valve might be bad. Called Next Gen Plumbing and scheduled an appointment with Angelo.

He showed up on time, and magically restarted the pilot, and everything worked fine. He patiently demoed the ignition system and even inspected the earthquake shutoff valve. I asked him about the tankless water heater, he explained the pros and cons, and told me it might cost a lot more upfront due to the reconfiguration needed.

After spending at least 20 minutes, on his way out, he told me it's free of charge! I couldn't believe it. Where could you find such an honest technician nowadays? I know who I should talk to if I have anything related to plumbing and water heaters in the future. It's a pleasure to do business with someone who is honest, with integrity.

I strongly recommend Angelo. You won't regret.

We had an emergency the day after Thanksgiving. Our water heater was leaking and causing water damage to the house. The weather was terrible (exceptionally cold and windy for this area). Yet Angelo came out within just a couple of hours to stop the water damage, even though he was already with another client. And he came out again the next morning to completely replace the water heater. He did a great job with the installation, and paid special attention to detail to make sure everything was done just right before calling the job ""done."" Angelo has a great work ethic and does a very professional job. I'd highly recommend again, and I'll definitely call him in the future whenever I need a plumber again.
