My faucet failed in the kitchen and NexGen promptly returned my call and scheduled a service repair the next day. Casey gets 5 Stars for his professionalism and repair work. Overall, I feel I must take a star off because the price for the faucet was $139 at Home Depot and the quote for the same faucet directly from Casey was almost $500 (not including labor). Casey was actually embarrassed to tell me the quote and advised I drive down to Home Depot myself to get the faucet, which I did. I've never had to go fetch my own parts for a home repair, but saving $350 on the faucet made me feel compelled to do so.

I highly recommend this company. I had a serious drain problem due to the way my pipes are. They came out immediately the next day. Due to the seriousness of the problem they came back the second day & was able to unclog my drain. Kaz & Sal are super nice guys & very professional!!
