I requested a quick tune up service for my home ac as it's already overdue for one and its supposed to cost $88. Service was great and the tech is knowledgeable. After speaking to the customer service, the $250 charge was now fair for the service rendered replacing the capacitor and doing a recommended future service for the unit. Big props for following up with customers and thank you for your service!

NexGen's service is phenomenal--I've had HVAC and furnace tuneups and enhancements installed. Justin is a wonderful tech and knows the units in our home and has installed air purifiers that have given us wonderful air quality.

I've also utilized NexGen for plumbing services and have had wonderful techs, especially Cole, come and solve the issues and suggest improvements such as a whole home filtration system, which we had installed and are very happy with as it has improved our water quality significantly.

The above being said, NexGen's customer service is severely lacking. The biggest hurdle I have faced despite having a membership plan is appointments being scheduled then cancelled right before the arrival window, then having to reschedule only to have my rescheduled appointment cancelled as well. I don't typically get calls immediately to reschedule either which puts the onus on me and other customers to do the work of having to call the office to reschedule. Sometimes there's no person answering the calls so I have to keep calling to reschedule an appointment that was cancelled on me via text message! I've had appointments cancelled on me 3x in one week which is incredibly frustrating, especially since we were told a membership plan is supposed to give us priority in scheduling.

Please improve your customer service to match your quality service and show your members that you want their continued business!

I have been using NexGen for about 2 years now. My most recent service was for my Air/Heating unit.
Jason was the technician who came out and checked my unit. He was very helpful, knowledgeable about his job, and throughly explained what needed to be done to fix the issue. I would highly recommend NexGen and I have their protection plan which to I would recommend as well.

Our HVAC system needed to be replaced. Edson scheduled an appointment right away and went over the various options with us. He explained everything clearly and was very professional. The work started right after the appointment as Edson saw we were without heater in the cold weather. He made phone calls and arranged for Jorge and his crew to begin work immediately. Jorge and his crew did an amazing job and left our house after testing both heater and AC thoroughly. They patiently explained the new system and it's features to us. I would highly recommend NexGen - excellent team and outstanding customer service. Thank you for getting back us into our comfort zone!!
