Wonderful customer service and very easy to get a hold of! Rolando came out and took his time explaining our a/c situation and the options available to us. He was extremely professional and an all around great guy! He was also very patient with our curious dogs.

Everything you hear on their message from their ""founder"" is a lie. we were charged over$1,300 to get theAC fixed, none of the three technicians sent knew what they were doing and caused more permanent issues! They only wanted to sell us a $50, 000 replacement package that cost$14,000 elsewhere.

We called this company because you had a decent price for a snake on our kitchen sink $88. Michael came over and responded quickly to our call. A week later, our sink is not draining and garbage disposal is broken. Have tried several times to call and no answer. Horrible customer service very unhappy with this company and their service. Would never recommend to anyone.
