I've used several other companies to do our annual service on our HVAC unit and they all did a decent job. I decided to try NexGen this time around and was impressed with their technician Carlos. Not only was he prompt, but took him time to explain everything he was doing and not trying to sell me additional things that I didn't need. He even showed me all the before and after pictures of the work that was done which gives me piece of mind. I highly recommend this company!

We had no heating for months I called around got quotes. Come out but not show any interest just price's. Call NEXGEN MADE APPOINTMENT come next day Martin came went in adit took pix. Went over everything next his supervisor comes out. And explain everything and showed what all needed to be done. I was like (okay talking to fast trying to get business to fast trying to get score) but it turns out they were very professional and I felt we knew each. Other for months but professional proficiency &back the word.and I appreciate that had some hiccups but they help solve the issues. Yes I would recommend this company thanks a

I had a great time working with Christian and Marc out of the Riverside location. They made sure to thoroughly explain every detail about the services they will be doing. I had a whole new HVAC system installed with no issues whatsoever. I highly recommend them and NexGen.

This is an Update to my last review! We did hear back from the Manager Zac and he helped expedite the last steps in the process of getting the certificate! While I do greatly appreciate his help in making sure we got the city's approval and certificate I really wish I didnt have to have the Manager go thru all this trouble if his team followed up in a timely manner! That is why I didnt give 5 stars!

But THANK YOU FOR MAKING IT RIGHT & getting it done!

Updating my review based on the customer team contacting me and apologizing for the experience. They also refunded the money I was charged for the service call. Overall my review is neutral now. Customer service wise they are very good, if it were not for my first experience with the sales tactic I would have given them 4/5 stars.

Our hot water heater started leaking on a Thursday night. We called NexGen first thing Friday morning and they promptly set up an appointment the same day between 1:00/2:00. Casey called us at 12:30 and asked if we were available he'd be able to come out early. He did a great job with figuring out what the issue was and ordering all the parts. It took awhile for the water heater to be delivered from the freight truck to the desert so he wasn't able to get the heater to our house until about 7 PM.
He did do a great job installing it and stayed until everything was complete. Thank you Casey for all your help and we appreciate the fact that we now have water flowing back in the house.

Sewer line was backing up. Originally called them to snake it. Turns out tree roots had penetrated and line was sinking. Gave me a reasonable quote to repair. Subsequently after diggingg through found some additional concerns to be addressed but honored the original bid after further discussion. Reliable and ethical Company based on my interactions with them to date. Dealt with multiple team members and they were all friendly, professional, timely and cleaned up work site to high standards after the job was completed. Travis was the site supervisor, Johnny on the spot attitude and overall thumb up. Believe one of the crew members was named Jerry. Hoping Nexgen will pull up the invoice and give kudos to the rest of the crew. invoice no. 95341493. I would absolutely recommmend and use them again.
