After a bad experience with Goettl air conditioning, there pitch for sales rather than attempt to help with repairs, I selected another company that did a free home estimate. The representative Jorge was fantastic. He came in switched out our capacitors walked me through each step of the process. He explained to me what we're looking for, and how the diagnosis from the previous representative he tested with me and concluded that they were in error. He went above and beyond explaining/walking me through the steps showing me his multi meter, the pressure gauges, and reviewing what we're expecting and what we're hoping to measure. He even provided options that might come into play should his next test team fail or pass. He gave me the news of possible obstructions, possible low refrigerant, possible leakage, possible solutions, all with one request. As he tested, we watched together. He showed me my AC upper and lower limits as was listed by the manufacturer. We tested the electrical circuitry, the compressor, the compressor coils, the pressure being applied, the temperature of the piping, the cleanliness of the inside coils, and much much more. He was able to tests and together we could see the solution materialize in front of us. He replaced the capacitor, recharged my refrigerant, we cleaned some material togethers. He was appreciative of my help and I was appreciative of his efforts being in the sun all day. If any company has employees like Jorge then they are off to a fantastic start. Jorge has earned my business, and in return NexGen HVAC and Plumbing will continue to get mine.

I am a salon owner and I had an issue with my toilet. It was dripping from the back. I didn't know what to do so I called this company. They said it would be $88 to come out but that it would be waved if I got the service. I really needed this fixed so I agreed.
I was expecting to be ripped off since im a girl and they are a for profit business, but I was quoted $400 just for the part. I told him I could buy a whole new toilet for $200 so it didn't make sense.
Now I'm out $80. I went to lowes and bought a gasket kit for $12 I used only one bolt with a rubber out of the whole kit, and was able to fix it, sad because I was there till 11pm with my boyfriend trying to fix it.
It was easy we just didn't know what we were doing. Youtube ;)!. Sad because it would have taken the plumber less than 10 minutes to fix but instead I had to struggle all day and i was supposed to be working.
Just dishonest. It's not the price I was willing to pay, but the rip off.
Then, they called me and asked me to edit my Google review and they would return the $88, I said no. I really could use the money, but How can you charge someone $400 for a part that actually cost $12 and act like it's not in my budget. That's messed up sometimes people just need help. I do not recommend.

After a lousy experience with a couple of other companies. NexGen came through and solved the issues we were having. David was wonderful. Thorough professional and likable he went down a very long list of preventative maintenance issues. I thought their tune up special was a bargain and it uncovered a covered by warrantee issue. David was both prepared and knowledgeable enough to successfully fix our secondary motor issue.

I was shocked at there price

$7000.00 to install a new water heater

I asked the rep are you serious and he said yes

I called others plumbers for a quote

I received from them $1700-2500

!!!!!!!!!!Beware this company likes to really overcharge!!!!!!!

there was a leak with my pure water faucet and called Nexgen Plumbing to come and fix. Jesse and Jose were very helpful and clear what went wrong and were able to help fix the problem.
