I purchased a NEW A/C system from them in 2022 because my 20yr old system gave up. Their price was low as I had received other competing offers and the techs were nice, I felt really good about the process. But now 2 years later my heating as stopped twice during the winter and this summer my AC stopped due to what they have called a freon leak. Still waiting for them to repair five days later in this heat wave even with a 10 year warranty and who knows what the labor charges will be. I guess the lesson is you get what you pay for!

Our HVAC died on us during a three-digit heatwave the day before July 4th. So, I submitted an online Home Depot request for a new installation consult. NexGen called me on July 5th to set up an appointment for that same day. We met with Marcus on the morning of July 5th. He was very professional and thoroughly explained all the information presented to us to assist in deciding on a new system. Later that same afternoon, technicians Isaiah and Justin arrived at our home to install the new system. They both worked hours until late into the evening (in very hot temperatures) to complete the installation and then Isaiah took the time to explain how to operate the new thermostat. We are very thankful for their hard work, great customer service, and professionalism. We'll contact NexGen for any future HVAC needs. Thumbs up!

My experience with Steve Robinson From NEXGEN Air Conditioning * Heating *Plumbing was excellent ! His knowledge and customer service skills was expert level ! This gentleman definitely knows what he's talking about he was very personal and understanding to our budget. I was a bit hesitant at first because we don't know anything about HVAC. His style was professional yet showed a caring and personable interest ensuring we understood our situation and what our value options were within our budget. I would definitely recommend this company and HIGHLY RECOMMEND Steve Robinson !! He's awesome and professional I'm definitely requesting him for next time !!

Don't go this place. Very rude employee, terrible service. Try to get help with my AC unit's parts. Employee did not care to help. Even taking pictures of my car when I was leaving.

Just moved into new home with an old AC unit. Not blowing enough cool air. Tech Roger Cuadra came in and did an inspection of the unit and found multiple problems. Fixed the issue and gave me a heads up for things I need to look out for in the near future. Very helpful and explained in detail what I need to keep my unit running properly.

I got my new A.C installed for the summer a week ago and everything was going great for the first 5 days until it took a crap rite when summer is getting started. I called to see if anyone can service it and I was told the next available day for someone to come in would be 4 days later. This is one thing I didn't like at all. Everything besides that was good now if this is the begging what can happen a month from now

Danny came out to give us a 2nd opinion on our air conditioner. He was very professional, easy to talk to, explained everything he was doing, and HONEST! Another company told us we needed to buy a complete new HVAC system for $21,000. Danny diagnosed a few problems and fixed them while he was here, saving us thousands of dollars!

Our AC unit wasn't kicking on and my husband called in to have a technician come out and check the unit. Noah was very responsive to our call and vel in with his expertise and found the issue and resolved it! Noah explained the issue and fixed it! He was very polite and courteous.
