I may update this review later because I requested two jobs from them. One of the jobs was an ac cleanup after martin explained the benefits of it. He was very kind and helpful and OMG did my system need it. He washed PAINT out of my turbine. Apparently when I had some painters out a few years back they got it all up in my ducts. I would never have known if it weren't for Martin and he explained every step of the process and what some things I never would have noticed meant about the health of my ac system. Would recommend. CHANGE YOUR AIR FILTERS PEOPLE.

Our AC would turn on, but would not blow cold air. We contacted NexGen and they had a technician at our home promptly. Noah was very knowledgeable and quickly dissected what the issue was. He was very helpful in explaining the reason it was malfunctioning and the entire time was very courteous and respectful.

Mr. Christian Valdez arrived at our house earlier than anticipated after calling NexGen at 9pm the night before! Our A/C was not working and Mr. Valdez knew exactly the issue regarding our particular unit. I stayed to watch and learn as he repaird our unit. I felt gracious for having him take the time to explain what the issue was. Thank you again for exceptional customer service. Our A/C is running at optimal standard.

We got a new air conditioning unit as well as some duct work done. They did good work. The problem was the put a whole in our attic cover and advised they would send someone out to repair it but didn't. They left cracks in the wall and chipped our paint in the hallway. We spoke to them about 2 months ago about sending someone out to repair the attic cover but no one came. The sloppiness and carelessness is not right. We paid a lot of money for the service and expect care.

Very pleased with the prompt response and service of NexGen. Loved the fact that as a busy mom of toddlers (with another baby on the way) our tech, Marcus, was able to come out earlier than the scheduled appointment and handle the services needed all before my mommy duties got hectic. Marcus Williams the technician met with us today because our AC machine wasn't working. Because we had assistance 2 years ago with the same company, they were able to review those records to help diagnose the problem today. I called at 7am requesting an appointment, and Marcus was able to come by at 2pm the same day! He was fair and honest in discussing different options to help us out. We are grateful that he helped us figure out what would be best as far as next steps. And lastly, our house is now cold! Which is amazing. Thank you so much Marcus! Received a reminder email and saw a commercial on TV. Called on a Friday evening, and I was able to have them come the next day to tune-up our home HVAC system. The representative on the phone was very friendly and professional. The next day we got Manny to service our system and he gave us a lot of good tips.

We highly recommend NexGen for your home needs. This is our second time getting their services and are very happy.

I rarely review anything but restaurants... as I work in the restaurant business - I love to compliment.

However, today, I had a call from New Gen HVAC in Fontana at my business - and the job was really well done, on time, and on budget. I am really impressed and will be keeping my technicians name (Jebus) and asking for him next time. The Company appears to have a leg up no the other air conditioning companies and did a good honest job.

My air conditioner was cleaned, a part was replaced, and coolant was added - thank you Jebus! - Five Stars to you.

Martin was AMAZING! His customer service was very professional. He took the time to explain what he would be doing to get my air conditioner up and running!
He provided me with various cleaning plans to fit my budget. Martin did a chemical clean to my unit, and now it is running as if I have a BRAND NEW UNIT!
