Our AC hasn't been working for the last 7 years. Called NexGen and the day after Noah and Marcus came. Noah was extremely professional and friendly. He explained everything thoroughly to us as far as what was wrong and outdated with our system. Marcus explained our options for a new system and we definitely look forward to hopefully enjoying a cooler summer this year! Thanks Noah!!!

Hello, I hate to do a review on this company. I need to let everybody know. about my situation happened a few days ago I called Nextgen. To see if they can help me. run a gas line It was about seven feet. They say going to send a technician. for estimate show up and I asked him how much would be the price.he said 1 million dollars was joke then he's said $1950 wow I live in the Getto I don't have money like people and racho cucamonga area I live Mill st & Rialto ave San Bernardino this guy think I'm rich I am other guy living check by check I not ask him to do it for free I start researching to see how much it will cost the material by end material cost $87 plus tax why he want to change $1950 his not repipen the house I call other local company came and check the type work need to be done and his price was only $576 plus tax I asked him you joking No Sr he said to much I said no and ask how many hours of work he says 2hrs I said can you do it next day.guy came and run pipeline was completed and 9o minutes very professional guy and I'm so happy I safe a lot money nextgen over price me maybe he don't want to do that work please please people before you hire this company get 2nd quote hey my apologies If I not able express myself. if you don understand my words thank you

Needed a hvac tune up. Christian called and arrived early with my ok. Dressed appropriately, courtesy. Did a great job seemed very Knowledgeable. Be sure your aware of units warranty if any as they all differ. you could be charged for parts under warrant.

I got my AC unit at NexGen last year. Aside from the Financing side, EVERYONE has been professional. The people who installed were very friendly and NexGen did a complimentary inspection and maintenance.
Noah F., the technician was very Helpful and Professional. When Noah arrived, he told me what kind of maintenance he was going to do. When there was something that needed to be done, but the parts was not in his van, Noah went back to the office and came back to install the part.

We had Raymond and Noah both out on site to take a look at our water heater and HVAC system. Both of them were thorough and were very easy to work with! I would highly recommend NexGen to anyone in the IE looking for an HVAC or water heater tune up!

I may update this review later because I requested two jobs from them. One of the jobs was an ac cleanup after martin explained the benefits of it. He was very kind and helpful and OMG did my system need it. He washed PAINT out of my turbine. Apparently when I had some painters out a few years back they got it all up in my ducts. I would never have known if it weren't for Martin and he explained every step of the process and what some things I never would have noticed meant about the health of my ac system. Would recommend. CHANGE YOUR AIR FILTERS PEOPLE.

Our AC would turn on, but would not blow cold air. We contacted NexGen and they had a technician at our home promptly. Noah was very knowledgeable and quickly dissected what the issue was. He was very helpful in explaining the reason it was malfunctioning and the entire time was very courteous and respectful.

Mr. Christian Valdez arrived at our house earlier than anticipated after calling NexGen at 9pm the night before! Our A/C was not working and Mr. Valdez knew exactly the issue regarding our particular unit. I stayed to watch and learn as he repaird our unit. I felt gracious for having him take the time to explain what the issue was. Thank you again for exceptional customer service. Our A/C is running at optimal standard.

We got a new air conditioning unit as well as some duct work done. They did good work. The problem was the put a whole in our attic cover and advised they would send someone out to repair it but didn't. They left cracks in the wall and chipped our paint in the hallway. We spoke to them about 2 months ago about sending someone out to repair the attic cover but no one came. The sloppiness and carelessness is not right. We paid a lot of money for the service and expect care.
