We were smelling gas and had NexGen come out to investigate. They found the leak in an old line that goes to our ADU. The distance from the meter to the ADU is probably only 30', so shouldn't be too expensive. The quote was over $14,000! On top of that, they contacted the Gas Company who came out to investigate because an ""anonomous"" source had reported the leak. These guys charge too much and even try to extort you buy trying to get the Gas Company to shut down your service. I will never call these guys again!

I had a tankless water heater problem installed by another company. Tommy Millard a plumbing technician from NextGen said that they would not be able to repair my tankless water heater. So he sold me another one made by Noritz. It cost me $6,700 and he told me that it had a 25-year warranty that was transferable. Now I have learned that NextGen will not honor the warranty since there has been a power surge that damage the unit and they will not honor the warranty and will not come out and fix it. My advice is don't ever buy a tankless water heater especially from NextGen as their warranties are only good if you live in the home for 25 years without ever having a problem. Now I am out $6,700 and a tankless water heater and I have no hot water in my home and they will not help. They do say we are here for you dear but probably only to sell me another unit. Such a huge waste of money.

How can I add an extra star to this service? Justin came by to inspect a leakage problem in my home and was immediately able to find the problem. He found some other issues during his inspections around the house and informed me of the problems that will arise in the next year. He was very patient with me as I was going through some problems in the morning and after speaking with him, he is one of the most genuine and kind hearted plumber I have ever met. I hope he would be able to come by again to my home when I come upon a problem! Ask for Justin, you really won't regret it!

So far they have provided quality service and have honored their warranty, but whatever you do, Do Not Use Their Financing. They are gonna charge you 23% interest and they mean business. I made my first payment on a 6,929.00 Mini Split of $225.00 and $136.07 went to interest and only $88.93 went to the principal. With this math they stand to make over $5,000 in interest. Buyer Beware!!!!!!!

I had a bathroom pipe break in my house in Canyon Lake. I called Nexgen at 1 PM to make an appointment and a plumber arrived at 3 PM. The plumber from Nexgen's Riverside location, Aaron Drafton, diagnosed the problem, explained in detail the work he would perform, and by 5 o'clock the complicated repairs were completed. Aaron did a 5-star job with both his communication and the quality of work he performed.
