Paul G was great- very communicative, professional, and super helpful. He was able to fix our toilet quickly, even when it ended up being a different issue than we thought. He even caulked and secured it when done and overall, left it in much better condition than he found it! So glad we found him & NexGen, I definitely recommend and would for sure use them again.
