I have been dealing with this company since November 2023. I had an HVAC system installed. It took until February to get them to replace a broken tile and do the other things agree to in the contract. They never got a permit from the city And now it is July 5, 2024. When they see that I write a review on yelp somebody from their company calls me and act like they're going to get things done. Tony called me and sent a couple guys out to see about doing the work required to get the permit, it's been over a month since I heard back from them. Tony doesn't return any of my phone calls. Every person that I've dealt with there is the same way irresponsible and they don't return their phone calls. I highly recommend that you do not go with them. They are very expensive
and they don't finish the project or complete the job properly . They simply don't care.

Absolutely do not use NexGen. They are a complete fraud and will up charge you to no end. We called them out because our ac stopped working. They said our condensate pump needed to be replaced. They charged us $1000 for this service. Turns out the pump they replaced only cost $60 online and just needs to be plugged in. Anyone can do this. It turns out the pump wasn't actually needed. The rep they sent out didn't use glue or plumber tape to put the pipe together and it was triggering the kill switch. We fixed that ourselves with $7 plumber tape and wow a miracle it all started working! We are considering taking them to small claims. Absolutely DO NOT USE them.

After the technician got finished mansplaining to me and making me feel like I had no idea what I was talking about proceeded to do repairs that did not fix the issue that I was stuck paying for and after that giving a $20,000 quote on things that had nothing to do with the issue to fix the problem . I declined the offer called a local shop and told him the issue and told him I thought it was the compressor same as a previous time he agreed fixed with issue promptly and cost way less than NexGen now the AC works like a champ.

Terrible company. Made an appointment online as requested. They never showed up in the time it was scheduled nor called. I called them to inquire why they didn't show or if they are still coming talked to a person or a robot promising I would get a call back shortly. I never got a call back. Never calling them nor recommending them to any of my neighbors.

I recently took advantage of the NexGen $88.00 service and tune-up for my NexGen installed HVAC system. The tech came out and did the work professionally and he was very through, so I was pleased with the work. My issue comes from the recommendations he made for my system. One was for a compressor saver device for $499.00, which I accepted and the installation of an iWave R to help keep my coils cleaner for $2,000.00, which I did not accept. I became curious about the iWave R and looked it up on the internet. You can buy this unit from multi vendors from between $400-$500. I then looked installation for this unit on YouTube, and found that a competent homeowner, or handyman, can install the unit in under an hour. I am not a HVAC tech, so I do not question the recommendations made by the tech. My issue is with the pricing. Why would NexGen try to change me $2,000 for the installation of a product that could be purchased, at the most, for $500.00 and be installed in under an hour? My recommendation to others that use NexGen for service to first check the price for item items recommended by using Google. If the pricing looks too high, I would go to YouTube to see how the item is installed.

I am a disable American living on social security, I asked if they can fix my AC System and they told me that I need a new systeme and actually i just needed a new thermostat. They tried to take average of me and I don't appreciate their dishonesty. I don't recommend this company!

My wife called in NexGen to repair a leaky flap in a toilet tank. They upsold her on replacing all the guts of the tank. That night, the mechanism in the tank came detached and leaked. They came out again to fix this. The next day, it had come detached again and this time broke the lid of the tank... and flooded the bathroom. They sent out restoration folks and offered to replace the toilet but the bathroom is a mess and they're avoiding doing the cleanup they caused to be needed. I can't seem to get anyone with authority on the phone. I'm really frustrated and cannot recommend this company.

I needed an AC tune up and suggested I contact NexGen and I'm grateful I did.

Justin, (their technician), arrived promptly with a smile on his face and a willingness to get to my AC issues.

He thoroughly inspected both the inside and outside units, explaining everything to me as he went along.

What impressed me was Justin's experience and knowledge with the units in both my personal residence AND my rental property.

A few hours later, my unit was tuned up and running better than before.
