He was super professional and listened to my concerns.

He explained each step of the way on what he was going to do to check my hvac system.

He went above and beyond with explaining to me things he saw in my attic that could be a hazard or more issues going forward , which he didn't have to do. He gave some recommendations that were full proof, and I appreciated his candid nature and his professional opinion.

Had NexGen send a tech out to see why the condenser unit fan was making noises and would stop spinning. $1850 in repair costs later, problem persists.

Tech that came out promised that would go towards a replacement and a project manager would reach out. It's almost a month since the first visit and I have not seen a quote. The project manager that reached out just had a nasty attitude from the start and then ghosted without offering a quote.

Whatever you do stay away from this place...

NexGen has done a couple of services on my AC and heating unit. Both times have been great experiences and Justin followed up and made sure that I had all the options in front of me for the repairs required and also for other components that would eventually fail on the furnace. I have pictures from before and after of all the repairs completed as well as having the unit run more efficiently.

Justin was our technician and he was very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. He did a thorough inspection of our AC unit and explained in detail what work needed to be done and why. Pricing seemed a little bit steep, but I didn't have a reference point so I don't really know...it's just my opinion. The work is warrantied though so that's a plus. All-in-all our first experience with NexGen was a good one, and I would recommend their services.

I requested a yearly checkup in preparation for the summer. Everything was perfect. The technician Justin showed up and did a really good job.
He went into detail about the condition of the furnace and air conditioner. He showed me what the issues are and what he recommended should be done.

Called NexGen earlier in the week to prep my AC for the upcoming summer season. The furnace condensation pump was failing, and the team here was prompt, knowledgeable, and fixed the problem quickly and efficiently. My mother in-law had issues with both of her toilets being clogged up, so my husband originally called another plumber and he wasn't able to unclog the toilets. We then called NexGen and they sent David out to my mother-in-law's house and he was nice, professional, explained the problem, and suggested hydrojet. The team worked neatly, quickly and efficiently and unclogged the toilets. I highly suggest this company and they're up front with the cost too.
