Attempted to hire them for routine maintenance of my air-conditioning heating unit. They would not service the unit and instead tried to sell me a new unit for over $20,000.

David came to work on our heating system today. He was very focused on the work and spent a lot of time to thoroughly check the entire system to be sure nothing was overlooked. He was knowledgeable and professional and he explained everything clearly. I am very pleased with the service.

They came out to my house to give the estimate.
Our job included just to connect 3 sinks which were provided by us with all the materials.
2 shower trims provided by us
2 faucets provided by us.
Their estimate was $5,600
I literally had to ask them did they add an extra zero to the estimate.
All plumbing already exists, they just had to connect it without additional materials.
It's crazy! And they charge $88 just to take a look and give estimate which took them exactly 3 mins.
Avoid at all costs!
We went with another company and they did everything we asked for, for $530.

Our wall heater was not working. Justin came by made an inspection and got it going in 3 minutes. He didnt charge us a thing for it either! Awesome guy and company!!

I had a shower and one toilet back up and the next day, my 2 kitchen sinks did the same. Then my other toilet backed up.

It was determined that my sewer pipes from the house to the mainline were rotten. The were the original pipes from around 1946.

Techicians Pablo and Jose really worked hard and did a wonderful job.

I would certainly recommend NEXGEN!!

Very professional. They helped replace our swamp cooler with a more modern central air unit. As well helping with our sewage line. They worked very quickly and had the job done within a week. We highly recommend NexGen.

My water heater had a hole in it and I called NexGen HVAC & Plumbing. I called at 1030 in the morning and they were able to show up four and a half hours later. The service technician was very nice and I thought I may have found an awesome company to use, man was I wrong!

I was quoted $3700 to replace a water heater. This absolutely shocked me and I told him there is no way I was going to pay that. I went to Home Depot and bought one for $800, an hour later I put it in myself with minimal effort.

Moral of the story this company clearly takes advantage of people who don't know any better, not this time!

So eager to grab all the business from yelp without reading the post to see what I am asking for. So many back and forth messages only for me to call and be told they can't remove a packaged unit from the roof if they ""didn't install it."" Sorry for wanting to put in energy efficient mini split heat pumps that are much more responsive to the needs of the household and the environment and can be located appropriately for ease of access and service away from the direct sunlight heating the machine up and reducing its efficiency.
