First off I would like to say my overall experience has been nothing but excellent! From the customer service person to the tech they sent out. They are professional, polite and helpful. I would like to special mention Dave F. He called to give his ETA and was even earlier than expected. He was professional, helpful and diagnosed the problem. He didn't try to upsell or take advantage of the issue. We wish we could have used the service. In the future we will if needed. Definitely recommend!

Our heater was giving off cold air and home was down to 59 degrees. Michael arrived and was very generous. He was very professional and quickly was able to fix our problem. Our family is so happy to have a warm home again. Thank you Next Gen and your hard worker Michael.

Steer clear of these guys. They are dishonest and will lie to convince you to buy something you don't need.
I own rental properties and generally have a good team of vendors. I had a tenant call on a Friday evening of a 3 day holiday to light a pilot light.
Unfortunately our regular HVAC guy was on vacation and I reached out to Yelp to find someone who could safety check, clean dust off, and light pilot light on an old floor furnace ASAP. I was very specific on Yelp about the needed service, even giving the name of the furnace. I received many responses, most were unavailable due to the holiday, but I did receive a reply from NexGen who said they had that exact service for $89.99 and could be there the next AM. I called and spoke to someone and gave exact instructions, and told them again, not to sell up, or frighten the tenant with scare tactic's to sell a new furnace (this isn't my first rodeo).
Just do the service.
NexGen arrived exactly on time and were escorted to the furnace. According to the tenant he didn't even get on his knees to look at it, but immediately proclaimed the furnace a danger!!! He said a new furnace was mandatory. The tenant called me immediately threatening lawsuits unless I bought a new furnace (guess that was NexGens play). I attempted to calm them and explained the furnace was fine and would be safe. I explained NexGen was lying to sell a furnace. They were not convinced. 2 days later my regular HVAC guy (licensed) arrived and performed the service, safety inspection, and got the the pilot light lit. He assured them it was perfectly safe and not to worry. Unfortunately the tenant had already begun moving out, and accused the plumber of lying to them on my behalf. They were out the next day, 6 months early on their lease.
I had then had SoCal gas come in and sign off on the unit. After inspection he said that this unit would last safely for many decades to come and 50% of the homes he looked at in the area had this exact furnace. It's a great reliable furnace and he added, ours was in great shape.
A salesperson from
NexGen called about 5-6 days later and eventually sent an invoice ($$$) for a new furnace. I told them what had happened and he was speechless (but not surprised?). Guess the whole point was to terrorize the tenant, who in turn would scream at me till I overspent on a new furnace.
Not sure if this tactic is illegal but it should be. This has cost me money and significant stress. I can only hope there is a special place in hell for those using these sales techniques.

Our bathtub was not draining properly and we couldn't remove the stopper on the bathtub to clear the drain. They came in on time, they assessed the problem and fixed it before we knew it. They also gave us recommendations on how to not have this problem happen again. The whole process was very easy.

I became a customer with NexGen about 4 years ago. Their service and products have worked really well.
Today Arnold came to give my HVAC unit routine maintenance. He was professional and thorough, and he answered all my questions.

We purchased a home August 2022, in the middle of that horrible heat, the AC broke. My husband contacted NextGen, god must of heard our prayers and sent us Ryan and Art. The stress of moving into a new home, I felt so defeated. These two guys, WOW, they went above and beyond. I am sorry it took me so much time to put something out here but, they understood our situation. They understood our urgency. If anyone has the pleasure of meeting these two gentlemen, know you are in the best of hands.
We have a new AC system, we loved all the customer service provided and still till this day I get calls asking how we are going. Ryan and Art, thank you for your kindness and for the support you provided my husband as a 13 year veteran.

Received a quote a while back for my home in the south bay. They wanted to charge ~$3600 for minor work on my furnace, but I got the job done for $1250. Other quotes were all in the $1500 range. Crazy high pricing. There's a reason they have all those special coupons.

- Scheduling was really easy.
- Technician (Manny) came out the following day to service 5 heaters.
- After careful examination it was discovered that 4 heaters were not save to
ignite.
- Technician serviced the one remaining heater and also discovered and
repaired some faulty wiring.
- Fantastic work! Much appreciated!
- We now have a source for heating our home!

Our Heater was not working and Manny fixed that issue as well as checking the entire system to make sure there were no other problems. He was very easy to communicate with and very friendly. We will use NexGen again And we will request Manny!
