Total runaround. Heater started making loud noises on restart. Tech came out and made adjustments and noise came back the next day. Been waiting 2 days for service to return. No showed for 4 hour window today. $15k new heating system and we have to decide between being comfortable or being able to sleep. # RIPOFF!!!

Zero complaints. Excellent service and price. The technician Art arrived on time and was polite and friendly. Art is awesome. He got right to work and tested my attic furnace and all related vents. He performed 2 hours of relevant maintenance and kept me informed on the pros and cons of my heating system. He did so verbally and with a detailed written report including photos that I received when he was done. I would absolutely use them again for routine maintenance and larger projects. Trustworthy, professional, skilled, friendly, inexpensive - what more do you want?

I was stopped by a representative in Home Depot and agreed to have a free estimate for a cleaning. I scheduled it (they used their phone to call it in. I stood there and verbally confirmed to whomever they had on the phone) for Wed 17th between 12 and 2. I took the day off. When noone showed up I called and a rather harsh woman said it was scheduled for Friday 26th 10-11 and couldn't have cared. She said noone could come today. As I wrote it down within 5 minutes of booking in Home Depot and I have firm Friday appointments, no way I got it wrong. Be very, very careful....so glad I didn't have them do any work.

Michael and NexrGen were amazing. He reviewed my two zone system in my newer construction home as I was having some issues with the furnace shutting off in the cold weather. He quickly identified some backup in the system that he cleared. I then had him review the other zone in which he identified some code issues to address with the builder and some recommendations on optimizing the airflow and system which I will be having them back to do in the next few weeks. Very professional and honest, Thank you NexGen!

They are a good company. Tried hard to get cigar odor removal out of my place due to a former owner. A deodorizer tablet was placed in my furnace unit and a plasma ionizer. Unfortunately this can be a tough problem to solve. Still have odor but not their fault. They did their best and I guess we can purchase glade plug ins or something.

Extremely communicative and attentive to your questions and requirements. Edward (Eddie) was very friendly and took time to answer every question I had. They were able to install soft starters for my HVAC systems with the exact make and model I specified, while other HVAC companies could not do soft starter installs at all. Eddie made the entire process very easy and pleasant. Highly recommended!
