FIRST TIME HOMEOWNERS BEWARE. This business is all focused on how to get the most money out of its customers without actually providing quality service. They are waaaay overpriced. Rushed service (they only took 6 hours to replace all of my pipes). Failed city inspection twice. They did not pay for the tiles that they damaged during construction. They replaced my tub faucets with low quality ones. Customer service is subpar. I will never do business with them again.

I wish I could give it negative stars. I live in Indio, CA where it is 120+ degrees sometimes in the summer. Our AC unit went out and we called NexGen to get a new AC unit. We got sold on this new VRV Daikin system that is electric and is supposedly energy efficient. It was great until we had a rolling black out and the AC wouldn't kick back on. This has nothing to do with our circuit breaker, it was a city black out. We had to call a technician out but they sent us someone who didn't know how to use the system. They finally sent someone out and all they did was call Daikin tech support to reset the damn unit. Long story short, we got sold on a $30k+ unit and we have had this same problem 4 times now and the unit is only two years old. Sitting in a house with no AC, in the desert, and no portable units offered. A brand new ""top of the line"" unit that keeps giving us issues. I'm about ready to file a claim with BBB and possibly a class action lawsuit because I know someone else who has the same problem. I'm pissed!!! Waste of damn money and no help. I'm still praying NexGen will make this right but I'm not holding my breath.

I am thankful to Clemente and Desi. I had gas leak and they found out the spots right away. They also did good job explaining me the situation. They are very knowledgeable.

The leak was from inside the wall, so HOA actually took care of it. Clemente and Desi helped me when I had to explain my HOA about the problem. They are very kind and professional.

Water heater started malfunctioning. Nexgen came in quickly to diagnose the problem, including calling the manufacturer to order replacement parts under warranty at no cost (thank you Jacob). Rigo came in once parts where received, did the work and got everything back on track, explaining what went wrong and how to maintain. Great service, very professional and clean work. Thank you Rigo!

Horrible! avoid at all cost. Salesperson had zero knowledge, had to call the VP at each step. VP is the ultimate salesperson. Felt like i was buying a used car. They told me they would check my finance option, with a guarantee it would not hard check my credit report. Went as far as to confirm this with their credit manager. False, I got 3 hard checks on my credit. Only to get such an insane quote, that no one in their right mind would approve it. $57k for a new unit on a 2700 sq foot home! Would not email or print the quote. It was a great quote, just ask them!

They claim the units they install are top quality, they sell Goodman with their badge. Last, their price was 3 times what I finally paid for a new system.

Pushed hard for me to sign that day. Wanted to start first thing the next morning so that I could not use the 3-day right to cancel.

Do yourself a favor and avoid this company at all costs. Don't believe me, check them out on the Better Business website. Just look at the last 6 months! its appalling. The state needs to step in on this place .

I was having problems with my toilet. I called up NexGen and they were able to get someone out the same day. Marco came down and was able to fix our issue. They gave us a very reasonable price. Overall NexGen was great with their communication and service that was provided. Overall I would 100% recommend them and Marco thank you for getting the job done.
