Manuel Martinez arrived 10 minutes ahead of the estimated time window to remove some tinsel door string from our son's birthday party that had gotten sucked into our whole house fan and wrapped around the blades. He was courteous and professional, quickly removed the tinsel, and left our home just as he found it! And he was kind enough to do it pro bono! Wow, that was so nice!! Thank you!!!!

We met with Randi on a Saturday, and he worked up an AC/ heat pump system at a price point that was right in our ballpark.
When asking how long the lead time was, we were floored when he mentioned they could start on Monday morning.
With a few phone call and some paperwork we were scheduled.
Monday came and Ulisses and his team showed up on time and got to work.
They were professional and courteous, and fast.
The system was installed and running by Tuesday evening.
The system operations were explained in detail and they even installed lighting in our attic to make it easier to inspect and change filters.
We look forward to many years of comfort with our new home heating and AC.

8 repair attempts and 8 days of missing work because of my new Nexgen Airconditioning unit and it still does not work! Getting the run around from all Nexgen staff. I want my unit removed and refunded. I want to be compensated for my time off work, my utilities bills that have spiked due to this faulty unit, my time wasted making phone call after phone call, etc. this is the worst company ever. Very incompetent, dishonest, compulsive liars.

I'm not writing this review because I had air conditioning installed, I'm writing this review because two of the technicians that were here were very very rude.

They did not follow HOA policy for installation And when questioned about it, one of the technicians referred to me as a ""Karen"". It's the policy of this HOA to get an architectural application approved by the Board of Directors for any and all AC installation. They also need to get a permit prior to installation.

These two technicians should be fired in my opinion. Anyone that uses this company ""you need to do your due diligence."" It might be an additional headache to follow HOA rules, but in the long run it's to benefit you If you ever want to sell your unit.

Have to leave an amazing review for these guys at nexgen. Kevin (project manager) and Lucas came out to inspect a leak and helped me greatly. Honest up front and easy to work with. This group runs a great workforce I couldn't recommend them more. I thank them for their professional, friendly and completely knowledgeable. I will be a returning customer.

Roger was great at identifying the issue with a/c, resolving it and saving our vacation. He is very knowledgeable; he shared his insights about the unit, maintenance and optimizing the airflow.

He also showed up with short notice.

Shout out to Orlando G.!!!!
Our guest room's shower handle does not give us hot water and we couldn't figure out why. We have Orlando G. came by today to help fix our shower cartridge/valve (not giving hot water and the marble outside is making the area too small to take the whole thing out). Orlando is super nice and friendly, most importantly, super professional! He knows what the problem is right after he opens the handle and he cut our marble carefully and perfectly!! What surprised me was that he even had a vacuum with him to clean the dirt/pieces after he cut the marble!!! How professional and considerate! And he then drove to Home Depot to get us the right sized new cartridge/valve in a really short time! Then he got the job done in like 5 minutes!!! Fast, accurate, professional!!! We really appreciate Orlando's help and time helping us with this!!! We will definitely choose NexGen in the future and refer to our friends!!! Good company, good people, good job!!!

My AC stopped blowing cold air. I gave nex gen a call and they sent out a salesman. The guy never tested my refrigerant or did any troubleshooting whatsoever. Instead he spent over an hour trying to sell me a whole new HVAC system and quoted my $16k. He even got on the phone with his manager to help.

Needless to say I called another HVAC company(I wont name them here) who sent out a technician and recharged my AC. We all had a very good laugh when I told them this story

NexGen worked with my schedule to make an appointment work. Casey showed up was very professional went above and beyond to go and get the missing piece needed to fix the issue during the scheduled time. I had my AC unit fixed the day before and couldn't be happier with their service.
