We needed to have a Hot Water Tank flush on an A.O.Smith hot water tank that was installed in July 2021. Reading the A.O.Smith maintenance manual made it look like it was beyond our skill sets. We noticed that there was a $44.00 Hot Water Tank flush at NexGen, so we took advantage of it. Rigo Alcaraz from NexGen came out to our house. He actually arrived earlier than scheduled on a Saturday. He needed to replace the plastic Easy Flush Drain Valve that came with the hot water tank when it was installed by ARS Plumbing. Rigo replaced the plastic valve with a high quality Brass Valve, which we thought made sense. Rigo explained everything to us before we authorized the work. We felt that Rigo was courteous and efficient. Although we spent more than $44.00, we feel like the extra money was worth it in the long run. Rigo did not try to sell us anything that we did not need or could not afford. We appreciated Rigos professionalism. We felt that NexGen is a company with a high degree of integrity and we would not hesitate to call them again. We would highly recommend NexGen to our family friends. Great Work Rigo!

Paid 50,000 to repipe building. Found they tried to hide hole in the ceiling, by putting plywood over big hole in the ceiling in the garage. Found beer cans everywhere in my house, drinking on the job. Stuck beer cans under my dishwasher, over rated company.

He walked me through the house testing water pressure on all my faucets. Mike was very thorough with explaining the value of regular maintenance. David Trainer I would not recommend him at all. First of all, he makes you feel like you do not know anything about your needs. Then he helps out but has this attitude about him that is cocky. I get it, I might not be knowledgeable about HVAC but does not mean I cannot inquire information and ask.

Our heater stopped working and needed repair. NexGen was helpful and professional on the phone when I called to schedule an appointment. They were reasonably priced and called to confirm the time slot. When Mike came out, he got our heater working and did a tune up as well.
