We recently reached out to Nexair for duct cleaning. Little did we know our old HVAC unit would die 2 days later. So, we reached out to Nexair once again! Our new unit was installed in a timely manner but had a few blips. It was comforting to have our SOS phone call answered at 10:30 pm! Yes, you read that correctly...at night! We received a return call from a technician within 15 minutes. Brandon, our sales contact, even called and visited while on his 4th of July vacation. Alex diagnosed and fixed the problem. Would we deal with them again? Absolutely! Are we happy with our purchase? Absolutely!
