Jonathan replaced my leaky faucet and capped off the gas line behind my range. They weren't the cheapest service, but you get what you pay for. The guy was efficient and obviously knew his stuff, listened to all my concerns, and explained everything he was doing.

I was trying to get the irrigation system to work in a shared rental home with five other roomies and inadvertently wound up shutting off the water to the entire house and could not resolve it. You can imagine the hassle with five different schedules and individual needs . Jonathan was quick to come out and give a free assessment of the issue, he was very knowledgeable , broke everything down very digestibly , taught me about the valve and the irrigation system and the main water line. In the end it was a faulty valve that internally broke in a closed position. He offered us three quotes the basic , mid and premium upgrades. Landlord chose the basic plan, the work is beautiful and the new valves are easy to operate and understand . Whole upgrade looks great! From point of contact on the phone to arriving at the house and finishing the job , whole thing took about four hours . I would definitely recommend . Thanks for your help Jonathan ! Hi Y'all! Another review from me. When it comes to home repairs, I have usually taken of it myself. My back is such bad shape that just driving around for parts is difficult. So, my hose bibb outside my backdoor was original copper pipe with a compression fitting to brass hose bibb. I ran around trying to find the same thing, and I'm pretty sure they aren't made anymore. I tried. It was after 4 p.m., and I called NewWrx, and after a little begging, a tech showed up within an hour. Folks, don't take that as a rule. Getting a great time slot is always a crapshoot. The tech was very professional and fixed my problem. I had water running inside my stucco exterior right at my kitchen sink, so I needed it fixed. Newwrx can tackle anything you need.

We had our downstairs toilet clogged with some nasty stuff coming back up.
Jason was our tech and arrived within the quoted window time. He explained the process to diagnose the problem and provided several options in detail. I am impressed that I didn't have to ask Jason to use shoe cover-ups when walking the short distance from the front door to the bathroom and he cleaned up after he completed the job.

We had a water softener installed in our new home shortly after moving in. We had some issues with the original installation and NewWRX came out quickly, made some adjustments and we were good to go!!

We had an issue with our hot water heater so I called around to get quotes for repair/replacement of the heater. Jonathan Nimis came out to look at the issue and provide a quote. The pricing was very reasonable. He was able to come out a few days later and fix the issue. He showed up on time and went right to work. A little later a tech named Jason also stopped by to assist. They finished the job in less time then he stated. I also asked if he had time to replace the wax seal on a toilet that was leaking. He provided a very affordable quote and got approval to perform the job. He also completed this job very quickly. Jonathan Nimis was very polite, professional and competent. I highly recommend and will use this company again. Hopefully Jonathan will be the tech.
