Sean and NewWrx plumbing responded on a Sunday when I could not get anyone else out to fix my plumbing emergency (I drilled a hole in a main plumbing pipe when handing shelving :.(
Sean explained how he was going to fix the pipe and did so with ease. I will surly call on NewWrx the next time I drill through a water pipe :.)

I can't say enough positive things about NewWRX! I live in Land Park and have tried several different plumbing companies. NewWRX is by far the best! I had a major kitchen leak that was impacting my kitchen sink, dishwasher and washing machine. They were responsive, showed up on time, are reasonably priced, all the technicians are friendly and helpful. The job was much more than they anticiapted, but they stuck to their original quote and even did some extra fixes that were discovered during the project. I will definitely be calling them when i have any other plumbing issues or remodeling projects!!

I was in a rough spot but NewWRX helped me out immensely. The last plumber I used did not do the best job and cut a few corners. The guys from NewWRX came in the day of my call and took one look at the plumbing and knew exactly what to do. My garbage disposal was backed up and not running. NewWRX Plumbing was so responsive and timely. They were at my home when they said they would be. They were helpful and explained what they were going to do to try to diagnose the problem. They ended up finding a piece of metal in my garbage disposal (I can't believe I missed that!). They were so kind about it and didn't even charge me. I will definitely be using them for all my plumbing needs moving forward.

I am so happy I was able to find this company. Sean was fantastic. I requested a quote and they got back to me super fast. Sean was able to diagnose the problem quick and order the parts. Once the part arrived, Sean was quick to reach out and schedule me as soon as he could so he could install it and fix my water heater. Great costumer service and very professional.

So 16 of the reviews were taken out and shown as not considered good reviews. I would add all the ones from out of the Sacramento area are fake too. So many problems, so many bad things happened in the 3 days I dealt with this company and my guess is the company didn't make any money off of the job because with the employees talking 5 hours a day and working about 3 hours a day, it took them a lot, lot longer than expected. On day one they went to leave for the day with an open hole in my bathroom wall open to the outside. They said their drop cloths were on backorder, didn't have any so my hardwood floors were full of drywall, and my bathroom in total, countertops, cabinets, etc. They kept saying they have so much experience and then kept saying they ran into problems because they had never encountered before. Day two they started saying the water was going back on but then it took them from 5 p.m. until 7 p.m. to actually find the problem they had in not being able to get the water back on, all the while telling me they have decades of experience. So I get stuck at 7 p.m. having to vacuum up and dust the floors to try and at least contain the drywall mess for the day. Now my shower water is so low, I can't use the shower anymore. Day 3 they flooded the one-half bath, minor flood and just dragged everything out for one more day.

My fault I did not look at the contract carefully. They kept selling me on copper pipes, and I had no clue until day 3 that they were actually putting plastic pipes in. I honestly thought they were putting copper pipes in. I was telling someone in my house in front of the plumbers that they were putting copper pipes in.

Between it dragging out for 3 days from 8:30 a.m. to 5-7 p.m. and my having to clean up so much stuff every night and the mistakes and now the low water pressure in the showers, I honestly think most of the reviews in here are fake, and the reviews are WHY I hired this company.

Do not hire them. Just don't do it. It's the big sell and then people who just talk all day long and make mistakes. Turns out the pipes were NOT old, not the original pipes, not clogged up. If only I had known more about pipes and asked to have them opened and looked at.

We were having water pressure issues and decided to call new wrx plumbing. They came in next day to perform home inspection. Jason and Nick were both really nice and straight forward as to what they think the problem was. They gave us recommendations and went with all of it as you get huge discounts with the package. Today, 10/24/2023, Jason came back with another plumber Jonathan who was also very nice to install our shower sets. They even offered a program that saved me extra 15%. This company takes care of their clients that's why I signed up for their monthly subscription to get my water heater descaled every year. Will definitely recommend to friends. I praise them for their quality of work, professionalism and very good communication. Two thumbs up with all the excellent work done! Thank you so much!

If I could give more then 5 starts I would! I had a blockage in one of my pipes and caused my toilet to flood and resulted in water damage within my dry wall. Jason and Josh came out to help and absolutely exceeded my expectations. The job ended up being more complicated then originally expected and they both kept a great attitude and maintained great communication with me. As a first time homeowner this was a very scary and stressful situation for me. Jason and Josh made me feel taken care of through the whole process and ultimately made the situation less stressful!! They were very professional, kind, and thorough. I highly recommend this company. They really make you feel like they have your back!
