I had Newwrx out to investigate water intrusion in a side walk near my front door recently and have nothing but positive things to say about the entire experience. The two gentlemen (Jason and Luis?) that came out to my house were extremely courteous, professional, and knowledgeable. The owner (Trent) also came out to house as well and assisting looking into the cause of the water intrusion. In addition to investigating the water intrusion issue I initially called about, Jason took the time to test the water pressure for the house (which turned about to be on the high end at 80psi) and gave me some pointers on how to flush out my water heater. Would highly recommend using Newwrx for any plumbling related issues.

I provided my info over Yelp and scheduled a visit for the next day at my address. No one came. No calls, no text, nothing. I reached out again over Yelp before the appointed time, and again nothing. I called and left a VM because no one picked up.

Edit: I am glad I eventually went forward with Newwrx, since accidents do happen. Shaun and Robert were very professional and completed the job quickly in the morning. Very easy to work with and the price is great, too. Recommended.

Tried Newwrx for the first time and was absolutely happy. They are quick to arrive to your place on time. You are always called ahead before arrival. I had a leaking tub spout and they fixed the valves and pipe that the spout is connected to. The leak has gone away. The guys that were dispatched to my place were very knowledgeable and kept me informed on what was going on throughout the entire process. Will definitely go with them next time I have a plumbing issue.

Contacted NewWRX to have them swap out a diverter valve and put in a shower arm. Great price, great speed, and great quality. I really appreciated how they let me buy the parts I wanted beforehand as opposed to some other companies that make you choose from an expensive catalogue. New trim, new valve, new shower arm, and new rough-in parts. My contact was Samantha who was very nice and responsive and the plumber was Sean who was very experienced and courteous. Definitely going to use these guys again for my project in the other bathroom later on.

I heard about the rebate on a heat pump so I called for an appointment. Unfortunately my water heater didn't qualify for the full rebate but the technician provided great recommendations for better performance and to save on my energy bill.
Although I wasn't able to get what I wanted done, Overall Newwrx seemed like a great company to work with. The office staff was extremely nice and helpful, the appointment was scheduled almost right away, and the service was outstanding.

Well once again, NewWRX responded to my repair request on the same day that I called. They fixed my clogged toilet, and gave me pointers on several other potential plumbing issues. Luis and Josh were friendly, knowledgeable and most of all successful!! They are undoubtedly my plumbing company for life. Oh, and the service call was priced very reasonably. Best of the best.

Sean and NewWrx plumbing responded on a Sunday when I could not get anyone else out to fix my plumbing emergency (I drilled a hole in a main plumbing pipe when handing shelving :.(
Sean explained how he was going to fix the pipe and did so with ease. I will surly call on NewWrx the next time I drill through a water pipe :.)
