NewWRX Plumbing was the first to reply to my request on Yelp, so I scheduled them for a same day repair. They were incredibly responsive, and I was so thankful that they could come out the same day. Jonathan was the plumbing technician who came out. He was great! He was friendly, knowledgeable, and got the job done quickly and efficiently. He did a toilet replacement. It was the best plumbing experience I had. They offered competitive pricing. 10/10 would recommend!

It all started with a Tuesday evening, my wife had made a great dinner and upon starting to wash the dishes, noticed the sink backing up. Such a sight immediately turned a great evening into a mystery of how bad is this going to be. My first thought was maybe the p-trap was clogged so in went a bit of drain cleaner we had in the laundry room. Waited the usual 20 to 30 minutes and in went boiling water, no luck. By this time, I was ready for bed but was determined to try again the next day. Let's just say the next day wasn't any better. Even after snaking the line, nothing I did would clear the clog.

After requesting plumbing service on Yelp, NewWRX was the first to respond, allowing me to select a window that worked for me the next day. I had a few other companies reach out hours after NewWRX so I decided to get a few bids. A got a couple quotes for snaking via text and one other company came out, the other companies serviceman who came out simply looked under the sink, asked me a few basic questions and then said give me 5 to 10 minutes to write up estimates. He came back with three prices, basic snaking, more aggressive snaking, and then hydro jetting. Keep in mind the 2nd most expensive is what I was required to get if I wanted a camera in the line.

While the other company was writing up the estimate, I get a call from Jason with NewWRX and immediately I hear a different level of enthusiasm in his voice compared to the other guy but I'm straight up with him as I was with the other guy in telling him I have another company providing a bid. Jason says no problem, I'm about an hour out.

Jason and Josh (a great team by the way both in their communication and coordination) arrive and not only ask more questions than the previous guy but also explain what is believed to be the issue but suggest a camera ($69) be ran through the line to know what's going on. Keep in mind the other company I needed to pay over $500 to have a camera view included. I give the green light, and Jason and Josh go to work immediately and in minutes, determine there is a lot of grease in the lined, packed in quite well. Keep in mind I had spent hours the night before with a snake trying to at least open up a pathway for water, no luck. Jason and Josh recommended hydrojetting and for good reason, there was so much grease in the line, at times, even the handheld snake wasn't pushing through.

This ordeal ended up being a two day project, the first day to diagnose and try and at least open the line a tad to be able to wash dishes in the sink and the 2nd day to come back with the hydrojet and tackle the beast. After no luck on day 1 to open the line a tad, I knew this problem wasn't an easy fix. Jason and Josh return on Day 2 and when I say the clog was putting up a fight, believe me, this was not an easy win. Jason and Josh communicated well with each other, the entire time had the utmost care and respect for our property and in the end, tamed the beast and got the line unclogged which made my entire household happy after days of washing dishes in the bathtub.

If you are picky like me, want a company that puts an emphasis on service and quality while also being cheaper than some of the competition (NewWRX was $100 cheaper than the other company for every level of service and Jason and Josh were much more pleasant to deal with plus much more helpful) do yourself a favor and reach out to NewWRX making sure to request Jason and his tag team partner Josh.

Their response to my request was quick. The communication all along the process was excellent. They even noticed a small thing with screws (from the previous plumber) that should have a different kind of screw so we don't run into a problem down the line. Jason and Sean were excellent and thorough - making sure all was leak proof. Would definitely hire them again - although hope not to have a problem as big as this one again!!

Jonathan replaced my leaky faucet and capped off the gas line behind my range. They weren't the cheapest service, but you get what you pay for. The guy was efficient and obviously knew his stuff, listened to all my concerns, and explained everything he was doing.

Was able to schedule an estimate which lead to moving forward within a day. Jonathan, their tech came out and helped replaced a PRV that had some issues; producing noise when used. The whole thing was resolved within a few hours. Very fast, professional, and friendly service. Would recommend.

I was trying to get the irrigation system to work in a shared rental home with five other roomies and inadvertently wound up shutting off the water to the entire house and could not resolve it. You can imagine the hassle with five different schedules and individual needs . Jonathan was quick to come out and give a free assessment of the issue, he was very knowledgeable , broke everything down very digestibly , taught me about the valve and the irrigation system and the main water line. In the end it was a faulty valve that internally broke in a closed position. He offered us three quotes the basic , mid and premium upgrades. Landlord chose the basic plan, the work is beautiful and the new valves are easy to operate and understand . Whole upgrade looks great! From point of contact on the phone to arriving at the house and finishing the job , whole thing took about four hours . I would definitely recommend . Thanks for your help Jonathan ! We can poop and shower once more !! Yeeee-haw!
