Super appreciative of Scott the owner who answered my urgent call to get my Noritz water heater back in operation - and all done on the phone. It turned out that - after testing the gas at the stove - my emergency gas shutoff valve had tripped. A simple reset and back to a warm shower and a happy weekend.

They fixed a leak in our old bathroom sink. Unfortunately, they didn't fix it properly and we didn't notice. It had been leaking under the cabinet for some time after the repair. They came and fixed it again and we had to ask them to fix the cabinet which had been damaged. They finally came and put in a new cabinet floor, but unfortunately, the damage was done and now we still smell the cabinet rot and need to get the whole cabinet replaced.

Newton Plumbing saved our Thanksgiving! Angie and Scott arranged a last-minute pre-holiday visit. Mike and Oscar were courteous, professional and did an excellent job. Scott and his team run a tremendous operation. We had two leaky pipes, one under a dusty crawl space, which they fixed and replaced in a very efficient manner. They're timely, professional, and incredibly reasonable with their pricing. If only all home improvement/remediation companies were of this caliber. Our friends who referred us to them said these guys are REALLY good; we discovered for ourselves that they weren't exaggerating. Thank you!

We've been using Newton Plumbing for a couple years now and they are the BEST.

This morning, sewage started bubbling up in the shower and bathtub. I called Newton and they showed up by the afternoon. They snaked the pipes, ""gave the roots a haircut"" and all is well again.

If you have a plumbing problem, call Newton. These guys are SOLID. Fast to respond, reasonable, trust-worthy and they do a excellent job.

My automatic hot water/cold water filter next to my sink wouldn't turn off at 7:00 am on a Saturday morning. I called Newton Plumbing hoping they could quickly send a technician over (as I watched water being wasted and was freaking out!!) and although they didn't have anyone they could send immediately, the guy on the phone asked me to send him photos of what the unit looked like under the sink and then walked me through what to do to turn the water off. He was SO nice and patient, and I was able to turn the water off myself. I plan on following up with Newton Plumbing so they can help to permanently fix the issue, but this Saturday-morning quick fix was SO appreciated. THANK YOU!

These guys are good! We had roots in our main line which led to backups in our bathrooms flooding the bathroom floor every couple of months. Rescue Rooters estimated $8k to replace the main line. Anyway we decided to try someone else and boy are we glad we did. Newton plumbing was recommended to us and i'm so glad we called. Their price to replace the main line sewer was reasonable so we decided to go for it. These guys are now our go-to plumbers and we have been recommending them to everyone. We really like Scott and his team. It's hard to find honest and decent contractors, i can't recommend these guys enough.

After 50 years of seeing the company trucks in my neighborhood I got smart and called them. I cannot believe the high level of service and workmanship I have had. Scott, the owner, has been on top of things, calling to inform me every step of the way, and the craftsmen he has working are excellent - clean, careful and very experienced. The repair was a new gas line (something you want done properly!) and their price was fair, the process clearly explained to me before the start and NO UP SELLING! Mike Diamond's man told me my sewer line was leaking which they had supposedly fixed less than 8 months ago! Please give Newton Plumbing the opportunity to bid on your job and trust they will do as they say without taking advantage of you.

I can't even tell you how happy we are with the work Newton did for us. We've had recurring problems with our ancient plumbing for years, and every other plumber we'd ever hired had either misdiagnosed what was wrong or done a half-assed band-aid solution.
It took Mike from Newton all of 30 minutes to determine what our problem was, and less than an hour to fix it.
