Charged lots of money and my sprinkler system is still not working. They send a crew out, spend a couple of hours, then send me a big bill and an estimate for returning and trying to figure out what else needs to be done. The crew leaves without talking to me and explaining what is going on. Horrible!

I have been a customer for approximately 4 years. The technicians they have sent are very good but they have alluded to being asked to do more than appropriate. I've been told not to always say what has been done as they would have to charge more than they think is necessary. The primary complaint is the person answering the phone. She is arrogant, rude, talks down to you and says being an existing customer does not carry any weight. When I told her I would have to look around for someone that needed to take care of an immediate water problem, she replied "Have a good day". I was told that I would have to wait at least a week more and I asked what was I suppose to do. There was no response other than that was all that could be done. I've been told by other professionals in the business that the owner is a great person. I hope someone lets him know how this lady is ruining his business.
