George M.Newport Plumbing signed a contract to do plumbing work and then kept pushing out the start date for 4 months, then cancelled all together. Delayed and set back the project. Do not recommend as not professional or reliable even under contract. There are better alternatives in the area or even from the valley that will do good reliable work at a normal price.

I got a phone call saying they had issues from a job the previous day and could not make it..So i got scheduled for the following day at 11 am. I got a call again saying they were having issues with a previous job and couldn't make it till the following day at 830 am. Well here I am sitting around waiting and its 908 am and nobody is here yet! 3 days put on hold. to be continued.....Well the saving grace here is they sent Chris. Chris did our plumbing for our kitchen a few years back and we just loved him.So professional.So polite.When you get somebody like him,it was worth the wait.Our kitchen was not an easy project.If you get him as your plumber,you know your in good hands.Thank you Chris.
Phyllis H.This company did a repair on my new home prior to purchase. Now two months later same issue appears. I called them to come and check their repair and the service tech fixed the issue and presented me the bill with my approval. He stated the issue was almost the same just another pipe located ""next"" to the one he previously repaired. The bill included a 30.00 charge to travel from their location to mine. I was not given a choice before the repairs were done as to who I wanted to make the repairs. When I called to discuss the issue the owner was rude.
