Called this AM for someone to come and fix the clogged Garbage Disposal. She would have plumber to call back when he finished with current job. Tyler called within a few minutes, and said he would be here shortly and would bring a new disposal out just in case. Turns out we didn't need new disposal, and Tyler was knowledgeable, efficient and friendly. Thank you Tyler for helping me out today.

I paid my bill through online banking. Got a call three months later saying that they had not received the funds. Paid again but was later told of non-receipt. I sent copies of transactions and still received no refund of the duplicate payment. Cooperation was non-existent.

We called to have our propane water heater fixed. Long story short, it took them over a year, with days of no hot water - over the year, when they finally admitted they can't make it work, even after installing a new water tank. We had to have it rewired for electric heater now. Will never use them again
We use RAU plumbing or Lincoln County plumbing only now.

I called them about putting plumbing into a new house we are building. We agreed on the details and I asked for a contract. They said they didn't do contracts. That should have been my first red flag. They came out to see the property as the foundation was going up and complained that the excavator and concrete crew hadn't dug the trenches for the underfloor pipes. Was that a simple miscommunication about scopes of work, I wondered? Second flag. We got the trenches dug and along came the day where the plumber, concrete contractor and radiant floor heating contractor, etc. were all going to come out and get things lined up for the inspection and concrete pour (which were both scheduled for the next week). The plumber showed up without any pipes, hemmed and hawed for awhile about being too busy and then left without saying one way or the other if they were going to do the job! Nothing got done, two contractor wasted hours (that we had to pay for) driving out for nothing. And, on top of it, we had to call them twice at the office later that day to establish that, no, in fact they would not be available for over a month. Why, no contract? Why such confusing communication? If you don't want the job or can't commit in a certain time frame, just spit it out and save everyone the time for Pete's sake!

This is not a plumbing company you want to go to. Charged me for two full hours and didn't even fix the issue. Hired another company and they fixed it in 30 minutes for half the price. Zero communication skills and Scott whom is the scheduling manager didn't seem to care at all. Go somewhere else. Trust me.

Just moved into a new condo and discovered the dishwasher wasn't hooked up. I tried to turn on the water source and it started spraying all over the place. I know when I'm out-matched so I called Lincoln Plumbing.

It wasn't an emergency but they're right near me and had someone here within 20 minutes. He fixed the leaky faucet, cleaned up the old, unused hoses under the sink and had my dishwasher up and running in about 10 minutes. Everything is nice and dry. They charged me minimum for the visit.

Great friendly service and they didn't try to gouge me with extra stuff I didn't need. Highly recommend!!

I called Lincoln Plumbing to fix leak at my rental house in Lincoln City on Nov 5. They were supposed to go out and fix leak and call me when done or if any problems. Long story short, over a month later, I assume its taken care of as I don't hear back and I called again last week when I got water bill which was 3 x more than it should be. Still leaking. I called them several times to see what was going on and owner of this business didn't know. He would get back to me after talking to his helper? He never did. My tenant said plumber came out from this office but didn't seem to know what he was doing and said we don't do this type of work and owner will call me! No calls! I had to hire another plumber who fixed it in 2 days.

Amazing! The day after I returned from a one- year road trip, I discovered that my water heater had gone belly up. I called Lincoln Plumbing in the morning and by 2 o'clock someone had shown up with a brand new water heater and installed it. Now that's what I call professional.
