Earlier this week, I had a problem with kitchen sink, the water does not flow.
I tried to fix a clogged kitchen sink myself over the week, but it was still a problem.
Joseph answered the phone early on Saturday.
His availability was appreciated, he arrived when he said.
Joseph was professional, efficient and friendly.
He answered all my questions.
He is honest and didn't upsell me any unneeded services.
If I have any plumbing issues I'll be using Newport Mesa drains and plumbing again.
I'd gladly recommend him! A+

Had to deal with an emergency gas line issue over the holiday weekend a coordinate with landlords, SoCal Gas etc. to get this done. In a nutshell, Joseph with Newport/Mesa Drains made what should've been a horribly painful situation, tolerable. His responsiveness, attention to detail, explanation of everything, and his work ethic to not only repair the line but ensure ""cosmetically"" everything was good - is a testament to his professionalism. I had a kitchen sink clog and called at 730a. They gave me a quote by phone when I explained the problem. By 830a they were out here and did not try to change the quote (like other companies with low advertising do).

It wound up being a tougher job than expected. They worked until the clog was cleared and cleaned up perfectly after. Totally put in that extra effort that only family-owned businesses do. I would recommend them to ANYONE.

Professional, prompt, honest, and got the job done for the bid they gave. Can't ask for anything more. 5 stars.
