I found Newport Mesa Drains through a project inquiry where Yelp sent out 5 messages to different businesses. I originally meant to just reach out to my usual plumber but I'm so glad that I branched out! After a few text messages to see the quotes from other places, including my original plumber, Newport Mesa Drains had the most reasonable price, he was speedy with the response and had availability the same day!

Joseph came in the time range he gave me. He was courteous and friendly. It makes me nervous to have people I don't know in my house but Joseph was personable and easy to talk to, especially when I had questions. He was also very knowledgeable about the plumbing project and when we had a little hick up because my husband bought a part that didn't fit our drain well, Joseph went right away to Home Depot to get what was needed. He left the sink fixed and clean. I would totally hire him again if we have any more plumbing issues.

The sink in my guest bathroom was clogged and water was not draining even after trying to snake the drain. Then the toilet and sink in my master bathroom start experiencing issues! I had called a different plumber through a referral from a friend but after multiple reschedules (All on their end btw), when he finally showed up, he was not helpful so I came to Yelp to find help!

I'm SO GLAD I came across Newport - Mesa Drains aka Joseph! Not only was he great at communication, he was on time and showed up when he said he would, he was also very transparent about costs and showed the utmost professionalism. He was able to fix the clog in my guest sink quickly but the issue with my master bath toilet and sink were a bigger issue. He diligently tried to resolve the issue the most cost effective route but after multiple efforts, he ended up having to remove the toilet to unclog the main. And when I say he was diligent, I mean, the man went up and down from my roof to access the roof vent MULTIPLE times before he had to result to removing the toilet. Not only that, but HE CLEANED UP THE BATHROOM after the fact. I am also very appreciative about how he took the time to explain to me what he was going to do and where and what the root cause of the issues were.

I feel like a weight has been lifted now! THANK YOU SO SO SO MUCH JOSEPH!

Overall, if you're looking for someone who will be honest and transparent with costs with you, is reasonably priced, provides great service, I highly recommend him and I'm definitely going to be a returning customer!

Highly recommended. Joseph came to our home to assist with a severely clogged kitchen drain that was very difficult to reach. Earlier this week, I had a problem with kitchen sink, the water does not flow.

Had to deal with an emergency gas line issue over the holiday weekend a coordinate with landlords, SoCal Gas etc. to get this done. In a nutshell, Joseph with Newport/Mesa Drains made what should've been a horribly painful situation, tolerable.
