The driving force behind NPS is a licensed master plumber with more than 45 years of plumbing experience in Arizona. He specializes in both residential and commercial plumbing. He has held various roles in plumbing companies across Arizona, including apprentice plumber, journeyman plumber, foreman, and supervisor. This experience motivated him to launch his own plumbing company nearly 15 years ago. He is highly regarded and enjoys a loyal client base.

Johnny entered the plumbing field over 45 years ago. In his youth, he learned the trade from family, achieving his Journeyman license in 2004.

He has enjoyed a happy marriage with Mary for more than 35 years. The couple has lived in Glendale, AZ for the majority of their marriage. They are the proud parents of four grown children and have four grandchildren.

After over 15 years at BeeBe Brother's Plumbing, Johnny retired and decided to start his own plumbing company. He has maintained his AZ-ROC license since 2004 and has been in good standing for all 14+ years.

He joined the Hispanic Chambers of Commerce in 2010 and the BBB in 2015, receiving great reviews since then.

Our goal at NPS is to grow, ensure employee retention, and prioritize customer satisfaction.
