The driving force behind NPS is a master plumber with more than 45 years of plumbing experience in Arizona. His experience spans residential and commercial sectors. He has worked in multiple capacities within Arizona's plumbing industry, including apprentice plumber, journeyman plumber, foreman, and supervisor. This experience motivated him to launch his own plumbing company nearly 15 years ago. He is highly regarded and enjoys a loyal client base.

Johnny entered the plumbing field over 45 years ago. In his youth, he learned the trade from family, achieving his Journeyman license in 2004.

Johnny and Mary have shared over 35 years of marriage bliss. They have resided in Glendale, AZ for most of their married life. They are the proud parents of four grown children and have four grandchildren.

After over 15 years at BeeBe Brother's Plumbing, Johnny retired and decided to start his own plumbing company. Since obtaining his AZ-ROC license in 2004, he has maintained an excellent standing for more than 14 years.

Johnny became a member of the Hispanic Chambers of Commerce in 2010 and joined the BBB in 2015, where he has received outstanding reviews.

Our goal at NPS is to grow, ensure employee retention, and prioritize customer satisfaction.
