I've been a home owner for a long time. And sometimes stuff happens. Upon moving into my (new to me) older home, we learned about some of the bad things that people do with their flushing standards. This bit us in the rear when the entire system got clogged. This clogging created a backflow of stuff you don't want to see, to come back up.. into the showers, bathtubs, yeah... it was messy.. and ugly.

I called around to find a plumber that would be willing to help me and at first I just left a message to call me back. Shortly after, Newman's quickly responded by returning my call. The lady was very friendly and responsive to my needs. She mentioned that they had availability sooner than other places AND they had an option for emergency service. The emergency service (after hours) was obviously going to cost more but honestly, I had literal fecal matter in all our tubs, etc. it was totally worth it to have someone come asap.

The gentleman who came over definitely knew his stuff. Dave had been doing it for a long time. He was very quick to isolate the issue and get everything resolved. He was very concise with what he was doing and the path to get things clear.

I'm very pleased with the service I got as I had a no BS - let's get you straight service and was able to get it when I wanted it (which was immediate). As much as I hope I never have to call, if I do... I know I'll call Newman's.

My downstairs neighbor share drain pipe with us. I was dumping large quantities of water down the sink and suddenly his sink starts overflowing with water. This is 9pm so I called Newman's Plumbing and the owner was very nice and seemed like a very honest person. We decided not to have anything done that night, but have someone come out the next day.
The guy (David) snaked the pipe, found a baby wipe (from the previous tenants) and everything was great. Decided to ask him install a faucet in one of the bathrooms - it took him over 45 minutes (might have been because he was on the phone the whole damn time?). Of course, they don't charge for a part of the hour, so that's a $250 faucet installation.
When I went to check on it, the stopper is hitting the pipe every time you move it. Says there is nothing he can do, it's the way it is, it's a proper installation.
After they leave, turns out he did not seal the faucet!
His colleague had to come out on Monday to fix that, charged me another $115 to fix the issue with the pipe.
So, the best work they do is when they talk you out of their showing up :)

Nice person answered my call, plumbers came out that afternoon. Large drain/sewer cast iron rusted out in crawl space. They took out large spool piece and replaced that piece and other line with pvc. Cleaned up. Reasonable price based on job.

We called newmans to come out and snake our pipes due to them back up in the tub. The guy showed up Thursday snaked said he found tampons in my pipe which is funny because we only have one female in our home and she does not use tampons. So he said he cleared the pipe and not even 12 hrs later im having the same issue again. I reached out to them and he said he was gonna charge me another 300 to co.e out and snake it again because its a weekend day. I said why when you didn't do the job right the first time. So I ended up calling another plumber they came out and did the job properly and got it done.. so I contacted newmans again to speak to them in regards to the job and the guy was very unprofessional called my wife an ass because she was upset because we paid them to do a job and it was not done properly. So they said we still have to pay for the job and there is nothing they was willing to work out I will never use them again due to them being unprofessional and cussing at my wife

Richard did an awesome job setting up and installing all of my sinks for my business kitchen. Newman will be our go to professional plumbers via the future. Thanks Richard for your friendly speedy and accurate installations.

I had a toilet with a leak and a dripping tub faucet. I called midday Monday and got a 9am appointment for Tuesday. The phone was answered professionally and I was assured the tech would call before he arrived. Tuesday the tech called on his way and arrived on time. Cameron and helper Trever were neat and friendly. They assessed the two main problems and worked efficiently and professionally. We discussed future work needed. I asked them to look at my kitchen faucet while they were here and they said sure. They were able to correct an issue within 5 minutes. Called about an issue about their work after a few months, had to play phone tag with them all day and had to have a contractor correct their work. You pay what you get. I could go on but its not worth the blood pressure

Some of the best customer service I have experienced! We had a pipe break and they showed up within 24 hours. I will definitely recommend and use them for all my plumbing requirements.

I will never use them because of what I just experienced when one of their drivers was behind me. he rushed up to the light so quick I thought he was going to hit me. The last 4 of the license plate were 4815. When I looked back in the mirror to motion him to not get so close, he thought it was funny and got even closer. He tailgated me until we finally went different ways. This is not the first time one of their trucks has done something on the road that made me question who was driving it so much that I needed to look at the company on the truck.

UPDATE to Yelp users. From a month ago. Now,we got sloppy, incompleted work.
Dont, I REPEAT DON'T USE THIS company for major jobs.
They are not certified on encapsulation and once they complete your problem. Which it take all day with three hours to go and get the parts that they don't have with them. Even though, you waited for two weeks for them to return to fix the known problem. They price gaual you at more money for the job. A plumbing from$150.-$350, other at $1,200-$2,300.00 doubles.They don't tell you until later on completion.
So choose wisely.........$$$$$$$$$$$
