Very very poor. They won't replace a water meter in a crawl space. Even though other plumbers have worked under the house. These are folks who do not care about people or doing a plumbing job. They can't even replace a water meter. Ironically this is a mandatory water meter replacement, they got paid...wont do the work.

In December of 2013 I had a mandatory water meter change by my water authority. Newman Plumbing was contracted out to install them. Technician was very nice and friendly. Install took about 20 minutes. The next day I noticed the meter was leaking on either side. I called Newman Plumbing and reported the issue and was told a technician would contact me to return and look at the leak and repair if possible. No one ever called. To make a long story short, over 2 weeks I made 4 phone calls and I was told the samething everytime. I ended up having a different plumbing company come and repair the leaks.

This company installed water meters for our town. We have a leak where the meter was installed and the company refuses to fix the leak because we turned our water off for the winter. When we turned the water back on that is when the lead occured. The water leaks where they contected the meter.
