This is not a review for their work as I ultimately didn't move forward. However, I really recommend and commend this business (Sam and Kenny). I had a likely outdoor leak, which I confirmed on the meter and worried about. Newline pipe solutions sent out Kenny the next day and fit my schedule (I get off work after 7pm often). Kenny walked through every detail, gave me reassurance that the leak for now was small. And offered some pathways to work with our budget. Sam was very easy to work with and sent over a few quotes and patiently answered all our questions. All w/o any pressure to buy/sell. While I didn't move forward with a fix, I will very likely consider them for all future plumbing needs. Very great set of people to work with.

Very high quality of work and I felt very satisfied with the entire interaction, which is rare nowadays. I would rank them as one of the best across all contractors I've worked with (including garage, electrical, painters, and previous plumbing contractors).

I had reached out to ~6-7 different companies to help fix a faulty pressure regulator valve installation from a previous contractor, as well as install a new sink. What stuck out to me with Newline was their extremely prompt replies, quick virtual quotes, and straightforward conversations. In my situation they were able to provide a quote without needing an in-person consultation, whereas all the other companies require an in-person in order to help upsell and pressure the customer.

Sam and Kenny came over and not only fixed the plumbing issue, they explained what happened, cleaned up the area, and now it looks better than when I first moved in.

I will definitely request their service for future projects, and have already started telling my friends and family to do so too.

We had an issue with our hose bib that ended up not really being a plumbing issue. Sam fixed it for us anyway, which he did well and quickly. He's also responsive and showed up on time.

Timely! Thorough and pleasant. Newline unclogged my basement toilet which runs on a pump. They checked other items around and gave pointers on how to avoid future clogs. I highly recommend Newline.

I highly recommend this place I called for a free estimate for my garbage disposal since my kitchen sink was clogged and over flowing. I was super worried that my apartment unit would flood. From it but after speaking to kenny he walked me through the entire thing step by step and solved my garbage disposal issue. He could have up charged me but he was genuine and did not since it was solvable with a few easy steps. I definitely will be calling them for any plumbing issues I have. Great honest people!

I had a plumbing emergency nightmare on a fine Friday in June. A friend referred me to Newline. Kenny, the plumber who arrived (on time!) was incredibly efficient but also patient with me and my many questions ... He quickly diagnosed and fixed what seemed like a massive issue. I'm grateful for his professionalism, him ignoring the chaos of my weeks of non-housekeeping in my bathroom and basement, and the quality of service he provided. Absolutely recommend Newline.

I was a little skeptical trying a newer business in the area, but I have zero regrets on my decision after having my sewer replaced with a new liner.

They treated me with mutual respect and didn't ""mansplain"" my sewer issues like previous plumbers have, given I'm a woman. Communication was clear and to the point, excellent customer service and prompt work.
I have an exotic plant garden in a difficult area in regards to my sewer, I was please that NONE of my plant babies were disturbed!

My project was urgent, as plumbing problems most the time are- and Newline delivered timely and professionally!

The line work is top tier, I am overjoyed with the end results and the value and quality of work and materials.
I have had zero issues and will be using Newline again in the future.

Sam showed up promptly for a quote and gave me a thorough explanation of what would need to be done to run new lines and fully plumb the 2nd bathroom I so badly wanted. We had two others companies come before him and I'm so glad I they came in as the third quote. We chose them because we felt the most confident with Sam's plan and thorough explanation which showed he clearly knew what he was doing...and of course the price! The job went smoothly and I was never inconvenienced like I have been in the past by subcontractors promising one thing and changing the time frame on me once they began. I don't understand all of the terminology , but they lay everything out perfectly and to code, kept on schedule, informed me of the steps as they went along, always gave me a heads up when they had to turn the water off or run equipment which would be a little loud. They ran all new lines and will be back to do the finishing work with the fixtures when we're ready for it. I'm so glad we chose them!
