We have used Matt Topp since 2015 when we called upon him to correct a plumbing issue that another plumber could not. We have used him a number of times since for both planned heating and plumbing upgrades as well as called upon him for emergencies. He is great to work with in both situations. He gave us several options when we were replacing our boiler and was good about explaining the pros and cons of each. And when we've had urgent heating and plumbing problems, he is quick to respond including giving us advice over the phone on what to do until he could get out to fix the problem.
