Yesterday's storm was so foreboding that I called Newburgh Plumbing to give advance notice that I may have a flood. What was their answer? ""We're ready! Call or text us anytime."". Now that's service with a personal touch!!! I don't know anyone else who does that!

Over the weekend, this first weekend in November, our sewer waste pipe cracked and broke. Water was seeping into our foundation.
We couldn't use our water!!! We couldn't bathe. Couldn't wash dishes. Couldn't flush the toilet! Yuck!! I called Newburgh Plumbing & Heating. Stephanie got the master plumber, Tom, on the phone immediately. I told him the problem and he was out the next morning to evaluate everything. Not only that, because winter is upon us, he scheduled the work for today--just a day after evaluating the work. This is a very busy company, but he knew that time is of the essence. He brought a team of people to assist him in digging and repairing the broken pipes. No backhoe was needed, saving me thousands of dollars. Need I say more. Tom and his team are heroes. Why would I use anyone else --ever!!! They are fairly priced, reliable.... And EXPERTS!!! Tom saved me from having a nervous breakdown. When and where do you find somebody who is a master at his craft and still doesn't mind answering questions. An artist at his craft, a businessman, and a compassionate human being. This company is amazing!!!! And oh yes, they filled the hole back up and made this dug-up area look just like brand new!!! Words cannot thank this company enough. -- Bonnie Snow

So I don't know if I would ever give any plumber anything above four stars in a review. Why you say well because when ever I call a plumber something bad and aggravating has just occurred and I'm in a bad mood which does not get better once I get this huge bill. It's not their fault that my toilet is clogged, that my home builder cut corners and used some bad products here and there. He happens to be the person that showed up to help me out of a bad problem. Even with all that misplaced anger these guys did an amazing and professional job and came on really short notice. They banged out my issue in minutes and cleaned up after themselves maybe better than it was before they came. These guys are fair honest and will Do what it takes to get the job done. When I have a plumbing issue I call in a professional and guess what so far in the 16 years living here in the hudson valley I haven't found any plumber more professional. You know how I know that? Because i have had them come out on multiple occasions and fix different things I never do that but I have with these guys. If you own a home your going to have plumbing problems it's not an if it's a when. When that happens your going to be mad and look for someone to fix it for you. I recommend these guys so far they have been amazing and a real pleasure to deal with.

The thing about the city of newburgh is that to do work there you must be licensed by the city of newburgh. That's a pretty small pool of folks


Ive dealt with 4 plumbers in the city of newburgh. One of them I had to pick up from a mental hospital after he started the job. Had no choice to continue using him bc he had the open permit.

Another was a crook straight up swindler.

The third was good and I would recommend him.

Newburgh plumbing is awesome. Def and old school plumber that knows the ins and outs of 100 year old systems. Doesn't screw around with bs quotes.

He answers the phone within minutes and shows up, finishes the job.

Emergencies suck and he gets there fast so I keep him on speed dial.
