Called NewArk Solutions yesterday afternoon and received an immediate response by text (while servicing another customer) followed shortly by a phone call. They came out early this morning (ours was not an urgent issue), were knowledgeable, professional and resolved our issue at a reasonable price. Will definitely call them again if/when we have another plumbing issue.

The master bath tub upstairs had a massive leak when we bought the house four years ago. We thought a leak this bad would be too expensive to fix, so we just never used the tub. The leak went under the tub, into the subfloor / ceiling to the room below, and out along the a/c vent. Finally we had enough and decided to call Markey at NewArk Solutions. We've always seen his van in our neighborhood so it made sense to give him a call.

Markey was punctual, which make a really good first impression! He was professional, relaxed, and clearly wanted to help us troubleshoot the problem. Turned out to be a $5 cartridge in the faucet handle that needed to be replaced. He also replaced a leaky outdoor faucet.

We plan to hire Markey again to install a water treatment system, reverse osmosis, and even some pendulum lights above the kitchen bar top since he's a licensed electrician as well.

My wife is happy now that she can soak in her bathtub again.

So grateful to find a trustworthy, honest plumber. Markey came over and talked through our project - even offered some lower cost solutions. Who does that!?! Really built our trust. We new he was the man for the job.
