I live in a coop in bayside. Work was done on 19th of January of this year. I was billed by my coop in March bill for $852 for repairs. I asked for a bill show what was done. I was given an invoice with words stating what was done and at the bottom a total of $852. Nothing itemizing cost of materials, snaking and price per hour. So I asked called they told me management has to call for that itemized bill. 5 days later a few emails and calls later I'm given the same invoice with stating $168 !!!!! per hour @ 4 hours(672) and materials 111 with $69 taxes. Crazy and a rip off completely. The bill was fabricated to shut me up and this is madness. Wasn't even here more than one hour. I would never ever recommend these plumbers to anyone. Please stay away!! They are not detailed or honest regarding the charges... stay away!!!

Absolutely horrible. Unprofessional and rude. Came with no identification and a non commercial van with passenger plates. Scammers.

Horrible. Do not use. Ridiculously, they did not send a plumber but a ""supervisor"" who could not do any repairs and who made my drain problem worse. The ""supervisor"" also provided confusing and unrealistic pricing and was very condescending and difficult to deal with.

In February 2017, these plumbers charged me $700 for fixing one pipe, about a 1-hour job, and then refused to come to the phone to explain the charge (in response to calls at all hours, for weeks, the representative said the person in charge of the billing was unavailable), refused to respond to the Better Business Bureau complaint. It is clear to me that this group bets that its clients will stand to lose more money in taking the time off work to complain about them in small claims court, and they overcharge shamelessly. This week when my honest plumber came to fix another pipe, he pointed out an old, and potentially weaker, segment of the pipe work that was left in place by these plumbers, rather than replaced.

They way over-charged and try to rip people off from our experience.

They did under 4 hours of work and charged for 8 at $125 per hour.

They discretely charge from ""portal to portal"" or commute times, which they seriously inflate which if true as it clearly seems is FRAUD. It didn't take 2.5 hrs to travel a few miles each way. They were likely getting coffee and making donut shop stops while running up the clock or left way later than they claimed.

Avoid like a plague unless if you want to throw away or donate hundreds to them rather than a charity. The work was done decent at least, although they left a mess too and took over an hour to go back to get a average sized toolbox and then supplies from truck that should of had brought up originally.

While they basically charged as estimated, the math for time worked didn't come close to adding up to the $125 an hour plus some pipe supplies. If I give a estimate of $1500 to repair your car at 10 hours or $150/hr, but it ends up being less severe or only taking 3 hours then should you pay $1500? This is poor business practice if not FRAUD imo and they will be reported to BBB as we kept great records and have ample proofs and video.
