I contacted three plumbers to get an estimate on a job for our bathroom. The only one to return my call was New Way plumbing. They did an excellent job and were very reasonably price. They also wore face masks gloves and booties. They are pleasant to work with. They will be the only plumbers we use from now on! I had them install a water heater in the past and they were the best price of all plumbers we got quotes from.

Had power outage yesterday, when power was back on our whole house tankless water heater did not work. Called New Way and Jerry and his help walked me through to troubleshoot any probs to save me a service call and got water heater working----very knowledgeable, and helpful. will certainly be the next plumber I call!!

It's really rude and unprofessional that New Way Plumbing made an appointment to be at my home between 8 and 9 and they never showed up or called me to let me know. I would CERTAINLY NOT recommend them.
